Absolute professionals from start to finish! The owner “Rusty” took the time to explain and then to show us the various types of carpet materials and why one was better than the other. He went above and beyond to not only answer all of our questions, but to be sure that we understood what he had explained to us. We couldn’t be happier with our new carpet. We will be a repeat customer for sure!

First Rate experience with Rusty Edens of Eden’s Carpet One! From the first conversation to schedule an after-work hours measurement, it was clear that he still cares about every potential customer. I was amazed that the whole process could be so easy with his expertise to help choose the right product, reserve it immediately, and get my installation scheduled exactly when I needed it! Communication was always prompt and considerate. And Rusty was conscientious of both my time and finances. He made sure I had written instructions on various types of stain removals in order to keep enjoying the carpet for years to come. When I walked in the door at Eden’s Carpet I was directed to Rusty who knows everything about carpet. He was extremely helpful in picking out my carpet. He is very reliable in calling and showing up to appts. Ed, Brandon &Connor showed up on time and went straight to work doing a wonderful job.

I would like to clarify myself on what I posted about the situation with Edens Carpet One. I was upset that the installer who was sent didn’t know what he was doing. My boyfriend, who is very knowledgeable about floor covering was talking with the installer and figured out pretty quick he hadn’t done this a lot when we asked him how much experienced he had and his reply was that he had installed his own floors in his own house. We asked if he had ever done it professionally, he answered no. He said that he and his helper had just started working together. He waited on my boyfriend to get back with his tools that they didn’t have and he didn’t know how to stagger the floors, so he waited on my boyfriend to get back and instruct him. My boyfriend had already explained how to just maintain a 9” stager from row to row. He didn’t now how to measure from the wall and start installing full boards and said he was going to fill the expansion gap. My boyfriend told him he didn’t have enough confidence letting him install the flooring. They were here for about 4 hours and only spread out one row of underlay padding and moved a few pieces of furniture with the furniture sliders that we had and we were charged for them moving furniture, $120.00 and the whole downstairs would have paid $150.00. I didn’t think that was right because they didn’t have to pick the furniture up and my boyfriend helped them move the little bit that they moved. We purchased the flooring from them, cash and carry and my boyfriend installed it. I do love the floors that I purchased from Edens Carpet One. Sandy Houser

My favorite thing about Eden’s is, if you can’t make it to their showroom during their regular business hours, they’re willing to make an appointment with you after hours. Now that’s excellent customer service! I looked all over the tri-cities area for what I needed and Eden’s not only had it but had it in stock and at an excellent price! Rusty, my sales associate made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and went over and above to make my experience one that I was happy with. I highly recommend Eden’s flooring for all your flooring needs.
