They gave us bed bugs. I should have known when they pushed our installation day back by two weeks. They came and installed new carpet in my son’s room, as I was setting the dresser up( it was the only furniture left in the room while they worked) I noticed a bug but I had to go to work so I killed it and put it in a ziplock for later inspection. That night I came home from work with my husband screaming and every light on in the house. My son had woken up covered in bugs. A year later we were finally rid of them with zero help from carpet one because we signed something that said they weren’t liable.

We were greeted by Bob as soon as we walked. He was extremely knowledgeable on all flooring. We went in looking for one thing, and after talking to him, are going a different direction on flooring. He provided all information to make this well informed decision. If you have no idea what you’re doing with your next flooring project, talk to Bob.

Kyle from Carpet One was extremely helpful from the first time I stepped in the doors to look at carpet for a house I was updating. Over the next several weeks I had several questions and concerns come up and no matter who was working, they were quick to help in any way they could. The install was quick and came out looking awesome. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

From the moment we walked in, we were acknowledged by Bob Raleigh. This gentleman not only answered all of our questions completely, but also applied absolutely no pressure to buy. I loved the cushiest pad, and my wife picked a great color to complement the rooms that needed updating. The guys they sent to install the carpet only took about 4-5 hours to do all the work. They also moved the heavy things for us.
