What a great company to deal with! Have used through several projects Always pleased . Especially important Through this last job as my floors are 31 years old and needed much more Attention. Mr. Burger made all the extra Trips before refinishing to be sure my Very worn areas looked as good as Remaining areas on finished job!!! What a pleasure to deal with . Janet Anderson sc

I hired John B at Action Flooring to refinish my engineered wood floors at my new condo. They were a mess. John came with another guy and went about the work for 4 days. If it weren’t for the loud sander. I wouldn’t know they were there. Left the job site clean and I love my new floors. I hate to have any “workers” of any kind in my home, absolutely hate it. But John B. seemed more like a family friend and I was not uncomfortable with them in my home for 4 days. I would recommend John B. to others. I was a little worried that the sanding would go below the top thin layer of engineered wood. I had heard horror stories about that from flooring companies I phoned. I had only one spot that looked like sanding went through, and John replaced that small spot with a piece/plank I had extra. No problem. You can trust John B. to give u a satisfactory experience.

Horrible experience! Was hired to stain unfinished stairs which was done on the first day there. Second day, worker was shown the flaws in the stain to be corrected before continuing to do the poly. Flaws included blotchy patches, excess stain in corners, no or thin stain on treads, or rag marks that was used to apply the stain, etc. Instead of correcting the problems, the worker proceeded to do the application of the poly. Was finished in approximately an hour and 15 minutes and left. Owner was contacted to look at the work and discuss how to proceed. Even after verifying how long the worker was there and what was done, he then decided he didn’t even want the job and left without fixing the problems that was started. Turned out the worker was his son and the flaws was too much to fix. Now the job is being reviewed by several companies to determine how to fix the problems. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.
