Crews were efficient and did a beautiful job repairing our wood floors. They are very knowledgeable and explained our options and everything they would be doing clearly. When the damage was more extensive than anticipated they were still able to keep the initial schedule and quickly put together a quote for the increased time and materials. Definitely would hire again!

Whoever drives this van is trash. They’ll pull right out in front of you and slow way down. For this alone, I would not hire them. ETA after owner’s equally trash response: it’s obvious you don’t care about the safety of potential customers. If you’re out on the road advertising your company, every part of it is up for scrutiny. You’re doing it wrong. Stay mad 🤷‍♀️

We have used Santi for several floor projects at our home. And I cannot recommend them enough. They do a fantastic job on tile, and hardwoods. The first project we had them for was removing old linoleum flooring and replacing with tile, and I was so impressed I hired them again to refinish our kitchen floor. They work fast , but with care, and are beyond helpful. They are super communicative. Mario is the best- he’s very involved and invested in making sure that the job is done well. I will 100% call them again for any other flooring projects. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent experience and a great company to work with. They helped us choose the right flooring and stain for our kitchen and we could not be happier. Communication was excellent and the work was done professionally and on-time.

Excellent job, they remolding 3 bedrooms from carpet to vinyl waterproof floor, within one Saturday. Job well done, clean up the room afterdone. The shoe moulding priced very reasonably as the material is 1$per foot, it’s better to let them do the job professionally. I tried myself, it’s not easy. The master bedroom estimate use 11caes x 23.75sf/case, to my big surprise only a few small pieces of vinyl plank left. Accurate estimation help me saved money. They are professional staffs and finish the project in two hours. My queen bedframe is hard to move out of room, they are very nice to move it around during floor installation.
