Lisa always guides us to a great selection and ,Casey gets us measured up with Installers, Nate and ,Austin always doing a stellar install. In this day and age it’s comforting to find a reliable turn key solution for our flooring. It’s especially great to enjoy great installers putting our new floors down. Lisa, the store manager in Dubuque, was amazing to work with. We were dealing with a stressful situation and she was accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. While we were there on a busy Saturday morning she was helping several different customers and kept a friendly, positive and helpful demeanor the entire time. Several customers commented on how helpful and gracious she was. We received excellent service start to finish.

I would like to let anyone who is looking for THE BEST carpet installer to ask for George Ness!!!! He did the most amazing job installing our carpet and is very detailed on special places like steps!!! He was delicate with moving all our furniture as well. So again if your in the market for new carpet or you know someone who is go to Carpetland USA and ask for George Ness to install it…. you will be more then satisfied… he’s top notch!!! Now, for buying your carpet at Carpetland USA BEWARE! The manager Lisa will pull out her charm to get the sale, once she gets what she wants from you….you don’t matter anymore. She sold me pricey carpet and threw in the best pad but within about 6 to 12 months after getting our carpet it began to wear in certain spots. Called and called… left a message for Lisa to call me back to file a claim but never received a call back. It’s been months!!! Don’t buy your carpet or flooring here they don’t stand behind it! 🤬

I always buy my carpet at Carpetland! They have great pricing are very friendly and products hold up for a nice amount of time! Installation is always quick and also cleanly and knowledgeable! Would not buy anywhere else. Lisa is around each time I buy and she’s so amazing to work with.
