Jason is very knowledgeable and exolains the process and the cost. His workers are quick, friendly and very skilled craftsmen. This is the 2nd time we have used K&M and will use them again when we are ready to replace other flooring.

I’m extremely happy with my floor project that K&M completed. I had a pleasant experience with the entire team from start to finish (Chase, the floor team, and Stephanie). I had carpet on the floor that was 20 plus years old, it was old, smelly, and outdated. My subfloors were horrible and needed a complete demo. I would highly recommend K&M for your next floor project. Here are some pics of before and after. Major difference!

K & M floors did a fantastic job, with my floors. As before they were horrible, as the previous company which I won’t list butchered them sadly. K & M communicated throughout the whole process which took 4 days. Due to some unforeseen issues of rotting wood, & etc. Will show some photos below. Thanks again K & M

Jason and his team are true craftsman at their job. Stephanie does the scheduling and she does a great job. His crew is always on time and they are very respectful. Could not be anymore pleased with the job the done on the bathroom remodel. I give them 5 stars all around.

My experience with KM Floors Inc and owner Jason has been truly exceptional. From the initial installation of our tile bathroom in 2021 to fixing an unexpected issue with our heated flooring this year, every step was handled with professionalism and integrity – which feels like a rarity these days. What makes Jason stand out is his genuine care for customers and how he stands by his words and his company’s work. When our heated flooring stopped working I reached out to Jason to see if he had any advice, and he jumped right in, going above and beyond to find a solution! We were looking to redo our kitchen floor area and were vacillating between tile and LVP. We had heard good reviews concerning LVP and the innovation made with the product—getting a tile-like product without the cost of tile. One thing that we did not want was the inter-room noise that we heard about the LVP but based on the information the new advance LVP eliminated the inner-room noise. We decided to go with a high-leveled LVP, but the finished product came with the inter-room noise. We discussed our concerns with Jason, the owner. Jason listened to our concerns and scheduled a home visit. Jason explained the with the LVP, despite the innovations made with the LVP, there would be some noise. Jason provided an option to replace the LVP, at cost, and install the tile, if the noise was a deal breaker, and install tile. Jason showed us various selection of tile that he had in the office and gave up time to research other tile selection. Jason provided us with the type of customer service that you only read about. We ultimately went with a tile selection that Jason had in his office. It took the crew two days to install, and we were extremely pleased with the finished product. I would recommend K & M to my friends and family. They do excellent work and the customer service is second to none.

My floors look amazing! They were quick, professional, thorough, and had excellent communication. I had my hardwood floors stained and they look like new. Everyone from Stephanie who deals with admin work, to Chase who gave me an estimate, to Junior and his staff who did the work were respectful and very professional. Highly recommend them!

We own two homes K& M Floors installed flooring in both home. We were so pleased with the first job they did for us in 2021, when we had water damage and needed the flooring replaced in 2023 we chose K&M flooring. They were very professional the work was completed in a timely manner. We had a wide of selection flooring to choose from. Everyone was so helpful. We are so pleased with the look of flooring add to the homes.

K&M is the BEST! The scope of my project included water damage repair, installing and refinishing a larger area of hardwood, and carpet replacement. The people at K&M did everything right. The guys always arrived on time and were respectful of our home. Chase was attentive to every detail, beginning with the original estimate and ending when we moved back into the house. Brittany made scheduling easy for us and Jason (owner) also took special interest to make sure we were completely satisfied.
