Incredible service! I live in Boston and have a place in Destin. Unfortunately my place flooded and I lost all of my floors. Lisa quickly assessed my situation, helped me choose a floor and immediately scheduled me. She consistently updated me every step of the way. To get my flooring faster the owner of this store drove to Alabama to pick it up personally. I was also very happy with the installation from their installer Chris. Great job guys, thank you for your help!

Excellent experience all around. We ordered tile for a backsplash and had an area rug made from a pattern by Kane Carpet. The rug is beautiful, pet-friendly (we have a cat so we wanted a cut-pile rug), and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Coastal Carpet looking for pictures of samples for a product that isn’t available to me locally yet (we’re in WNY), they sent photos of samples and installs that they’ve done so that I could get a better idea of the color, since it’s so hard to tell from those tiny samples/mohawk visualizer online. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

We had Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installed in the bedrooms in our Condo.Laura Leigh was a pleasure to work with – she gave us advise on flooring selection , answered all of our questions and visited several times during the installation process. She provided all the necessary documents that our Condo Assoc.. required and filed for the building permit and scheduled the inspection .We were able to get the flooring and installation completed the same week . The installers were great , very professional , worked quickly and did a seamless job . We recommend Coastal Carpet and Tile Carpet One without hesitation and Laura Leigh specifically.

Costal Carpet and Tile installed carpet on my stairs incorrectly leaving frays along all the edges. While Laura Lee, my saleswoman, offered a full replacement, the store owner Rick refused to help. Who else owns this store? I had to get a lawyer involved to recover my $2750. Both Carpet 1 Corporate as well as Stanton Carpets (manufacturer) voided their warranty because of the incorrect installation, so no claim could be pursued. All that was offered in response by Rick was a discount for a new carpet, so after installation costs I still would need to spend a $1000 to fix their wrong. I went to this store to avoid any such issues. I thought I was working with a professional carpet company that would not allow something like this to happen, but here I am. BEWARE of this store! Nightmare.

Lisa Rothe is truly amazing! She was so patient with me as I was back and forth on tile patterns. She was able to find the exact tile I wanted. Installation was set up quickly and the guys who installed it were fantastic. I am over the moon with the results and the customer service I received. Chris and Hunter were also very patient and meticulous with the cuts and the layout of the tile. My kitchen floor looks absolutely beautiful!

We had the best customer service with Lisa, even when I asked her to come back out and remeasure for the whole house. Selection was easy, installation was easy and very satisfied with their work. The installer, Chris, came in and efficiently installed our flooring and even came back after the job was done to fix a small part of the flooring under a doorway. Would highly recommend them to do your work.

Coastal Carpet & Tile did a superb job on our carpet replace project! The whole project took about a week from first contact to completion. Our salesperson is Lisa and she is great! She came out to take measurements and met us at the showroom next day to help us with carpet selection and completing the order. Thank you so much Lisa! The carpet installers Chris and team were great – showed up on time and worked diligently until completion. Very reasonably priced. Fully satisfied. Highly recommend them.
