Brian at 5280 Hardwwod Floors is such an amazing talented and hard working young man! From the bid all the way through the process of installing my pre finished solid oak hardwood flooring was such a refreshing and rewarding experience!! His crew is beyond knowledgeable and experienced in this field!! They honestly worked so great together each one knowing their task to accomplish the final result which was a totally incredible, perfect and flawless end result of a spectacular floor!! My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process Each day they left the house clean and organized. I would highly recommend them to family friends and neighbors!! I’m updating my review of 5280 after they tackled a second project for us recently (5/24) – converting our carpeted stairwell to hardwoods to match our existing flooring. Similar to the awesome experience I had last year for a smaller project, I was so impressed with the entire team (Scott, Drake, Raouf and Enrique) during the whole process. Enrique – the lead technician – is a Master installer with incredible attention to detail, producing exceptional work. I highly recommend 5280 for any flooring projects, big or small. (Previous review from 12 months ago below): I was so pleased that my Designer recommended Eric and his team at 5280 for a floorboard repair. Damian, the technician, was wonderful to work with and really a magician. Who doesn’t like the feeling that you are working with a true expert in their field? I highly recommend 5280 for all flooring needs and won’t go anywhere else in the future.

The team at 5280 was wonderful! Michel did the project at our home and did fantastic work. He helped us pick out a stain and the job was done within the timeline quoted. Even though we weren’t at our house, we felt very knowledgeable about the progress the entire time from the team and their daily updates. Highly recommend them for any of your flooring projects

We recently used 5280 Floors to refinish tired old hardwoods in our mid-century home as well as install new flooring in a couple rooms. They were terrific every step of the way! The floors look incredible and we couldn’t be happier with both the process and outcome. I couldn’t be happier after working with 5280 Floors. I wanted to bring my 90s red oak floors back to their original white oak glory- and wasnt sure if that could happen. The entire staff was incredibly professional – from management (Scott), to administrative personnel (Kate), and the crew members (Andres and Javier). They provided a detailed quote at no cost (very fair market value) and maintained steady and clear communication before, during and after the project. I was so grateful for detailed project updates (with photos!) at the end of every single work day so I could see the progress. The best part is how impressed I am with the finished result! I would recommend 5280 Floors to anyone! In fact, I’ll be using them again when it’s time to re-do my kitchen and bedroom floors!

5280 Floors did a great job installing LVP throughout my entire condo. They were complete pros through the entire process – from the initial planning and estimate, through material selection and installation. It did take a bit longer than planned, but the installers, Andres and Raouf, took the extra time to make sure everything was done well and I’m VERY happy with the result. Recommend highly!

Javier and 5280 gave us a beautiful new hardwood floor that brightened up the bedroom (formerly a garage) and exceeded our expectations. They had to redo a previous concrete leveling job, and results were excellent. Javier answered any questions, he always worked hard, he cleaned up, and he made the process so easy. I highly recommend Javier and 5280.
