I renewed my bathroom and since I stepped into the store it has been a pleasure. They give time to look at all the samples they have, it is really imposible not to find what you are looking for. They help with their very good and professional advice and their installers are just amazing. A very special thank you to Rene Ventura and his team, only the best of the best is a choice for them. It´s amazing how much effort they put into finishing the work just as the customer wants. Congratulations to your team! I definitely recommend everybody to chose Price Flooring!

They did an awesome job installing LVP flooring throughout my 2 story home including my stairs. Eddie was my salesperson and very patient with me. Peter did a great job fabricating the stair nosing from the planks. JP and his crew did a great job removing the glued down engineered wood from my first floor master bedroom. They were always on time, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have had bad experiences with past stores and tradespeople but Price Flooring was A+. No creaking on the stairs or the floors. JP sanded the upstairs floors to be sure they were level to prevent creaking. They have attention to detail and their price was very fair and reasonable! You can trust Price Flooring to do an epic job without any headaches.

Update: As promised, my review has been updated to reflect my satisfaction with Price Flooring. Although is has been quite a flooring journey, and not all fun, Ray followed through with his promise of making it right. My floors were removed and reinstalled. It’s all about leveling. I wish for his sake, and mine, that the issue was caught earlier, but I appreciate his dedication and commitment to making it right. This is a rare occurrence in today’s world; someone that stands by their word. For this reason I am glad I chose Price Flooring. I understand very much that my situation would have not been handled so sincerely with any other company. Update: Owner scheduled a time to come out and evaluate flooring issues but canceled the day before. We are awaiting his call to reschedule. Update: Still no resolution.not even a return call. Clearly perfection is not their standard as they claim. I wish I could turn back the clock to when I had faith in this company. Beware. Update: To date, 7 days of attempting to reach Ray, No return call to discuss issues with flooring troubles. Peter sure takes a lot of messages. I find it so hard to believe; this is your business, your livelihood, how are you not concerned with an issue with your workmanship, a displeased customer? Two stars but stay tuned: I will be overjoyed to update my star review when my issue with Price Flooring is resolved. In August I had vinyl floor installed in my entire home. I had used Price flooring before so they were my immediate go to when the renovation began. Most of the rooms are fine-no issues so far. However, in the kitchen and dining areas the floor is lifting, warped, pops and cracks. At this point my dining chairs even wobble. It is so apparent that when my Labrador follows me around she thinks I am dropping something and looks to the floor for a possible treat. It’s ridiculous. And no, my dogs do not pee in the house as we have been accused. Never. Years ago we used Price in our previous home, again, for the entire homes floor, not a single issue. But, it was a different installer. I requested him again but he was unavailable. This company is very accommodating, friendly, family owned which I value, but they are only as good as their installers, and we are suffering, with thousands of dollars spent on a floor that is below the standard of acceptable. We are working with Price now, and hope very much to resolve this horrible situation in what is supposed to be my forever home. To be continued…
