We have purchased product here three times, because they carried a very hard to find type of engineered hardwood. Every time was a complete disaster, and I would highly reccomend looking elsewhere for your flooring. The owner is extremely dishonest about lead times, and in our last experience actually shipped us the wrong product which we didn’t discover until after installation. She told us the product would be shipped within a week, and it ended up taking 12 weeks…delaying our entire project and causing us to pay for temporary housing for 2 extra months. Unfortunately, she has refused to do anything to make this right, so we will need to pursue legal action in order to get our money back. Save yourself the trauma of dealing with this company and go somewhere else. This woman and this company are total nightmares.

My wife and I had a great experience shopping here. Besides the great customer service, there’s a great selection of items to choose from. While selecting our vinyl flooring, Eli kindly allowed us to take the larger flooring showroom displays home, which made a significant difference in our final selection. Thank you for everything!

I had gone to a couple of different places looking for the perfect hardwood floors and I came upon All Floorzz and More. I couldn’t believe the selection. The quality and colors of the floors were so beautiful that I couldn’t decide. Esther, the sales manager, was amazing. She’s so friendly, helpful and patient. If you need someone who knows hardwood floors, she knows hardwood floors. I found the most beautiful color of hardwood floors for my new home and she effortlessly assisted me into ordering them. She gave me great prices which worked with my budget, and pointed out must haves that I wouldn’t of known I needed, if it weren’t for her expertise. I love All Floorzz. It’s intimate with one of a kind items that you are looking for. They have more than just hardwood floors too. Stunning tile, trim, backsplash and more. I’m very picky and I don’t like to settle so I was veryyyy happy when I walked in there:) I even saw the tile in there, that I will be purchasing for when I re-do my bathroom floors . Go to All Floorzz and More. Esther is amazing and the selection is absolutely beautiful. I will be shopping there again.

I just moved to Miami from the West Coast and accidentally stumbled upon All Floorzz and More during my search for flooring for the remodel of my condo. Esther was amazing in helping me choose the right tile and decorations for my bathrooms, showers, and floors. She has a great eye for detail, she was extremely patient with me while I tried to figure out all the details. Cannot wait to share with her the final result of my remodel.
