Couldn’t be anymore happy with working with Alexander’s to meet my wants and needs for my home remodel. Staff was very professional and listened to what my needs were. The installer was the best. This was the first time I had carpet installed and not have to do paint touch up etc. After they left. I will be using them for my tile project as well.

Alexander’s furnished and installed vinyl planking glue down tile in the Fellowship Hall and Activity Center at our church. Very high traffic areas. They were truly professionals and offered expertise advice. The guys doing the installation were great and very honest. I highly, highly recommend them in your flooring needs!

Alexanders was a pleasure to work with. Lynette as well as everyone else I dealt with were very professional and courteous. The individual who took measurements made a very detailed drawing the the estimate was easy to understand . The Bid was right on. Adrian, the installer was polite and very skilled. He did a very excellent installation and cleaned up the work area thoroughly every day. I would highly recommend Alexanders. They take interest in what you want done and are very willing to make changes if necessary. Great deal dollar wise also.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Kim who was both welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to address all my questions and provide insight on what options would work best for me. I was so impressed by the selection and quality of all the flooring options presented to me, that I didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. The entire team (Kim, Arthur, Eddie and Roger) did an amazing job of making the whole ordeal, from carpet selection and measurements to installation, a very pleasant and stress free experience. Excellent customer service from beginning to end!
