After my floor was installed, a piece of the threshold molding along my sliding glass doors was lifting and not even with the adjacent piece. I called for service, and was given a date. I was stood up. No one showed and no one bothered to call. When I called to tell them that I was stood up, I was met with excuses and an attitude. When the repair person did show a few days later, the repairman butchered my molding with a wood chisel and didn’t tell me. We decided to live with the problem. A few months later, two planks started to separate. A repairman came out, kicked the planks into place and left. The repair didn’t last a week and the planks separated again. I called Larry directly. He came out and said he would take care of it. It’s been three weeks and I haven’t heard from Larry’s Carpet and Tile. Beware when a company brags of their great service after the sale. At this point I feel like I’m begging for service and I shouldn’t have to beg. Also, at least one positive review was written by an employee. That’s shameful and unethical. It makes me wonder about the other positive reviews.

Larry’s carpet and tile came to the rescue when we had a major floor that required us to replace flooring throughout the house. Larry, Cynthia and Deb, thanks so much for all your work and guidance. They made the process of choosing a floor super easy and uncomplicated. Their team of installers are also top notch. Jeff and his guys were professional, timely and just really all around nice guys. The finished product was beautiful. I highly recommend Larry’s to anyone looking for floor replacement.

Save yourself a lot of time and headache and do not use this company. Completely unprofessional and some of the positive reviews are fake. Before Covid was a thing I was looking for new flooring. Paid a deposit to order the floors and tried to get started but kept getting delayed by bs excuses. Tried going to the store during normal hours and nobody was there. Then I went to the golf course right after and saw Larry sitting at the bar drunk at 3pm. No wonder why I couldn’t get a call back and the store was closed.

Larry was helpful in deciding how our elevator floor should be done which will help the shopping carts that go across it from damaging the floor. His installer was top notch. Such a professional working around the people who were using the elevator during installation. Very courteous to the seniors in my building and grateful for his compassion to make it easier on them. I’m getting a quote for Larry to redo my tile floors since I was impressed. I’m a building director so I have an eye for the top notch vendors and Larry gets my vote hands down.

Do not use this business. Hired them to do a job and then the owner never called back for over a month. I tried to go to their store multiple times and they were never there. Horrible company and beware of all the fake reviews. The owner is a complete scammer and you will regret using them.

This company has surpassed my expectations when it came to pricing, customer service and craftsmanship. Hands down the BEST carpet and tile dealer in broward AND they have top notch installers that know how to get the job done right. I most definitely will be using them in the future.

This companies website (specifically the /pluy/ folder on their website) is being used to launch phishing attempts! Do not trust this company! Dishonest! If you want to buy from them do not trust them with any financial details.

My neighbors recommended this company because Larry’s did their floors. I reached out to them because I was trying to find a very specific baseboard design that is in both my house and my neighbors’ house. They were SUPER helpful and they found the baseboard that I need. They are very professional, responsive and have great customer service. I highly recommend them.
