ADF did an amazing job helping us to bring out the potential of our new old home with gutting out the old dingy carpet and installing these beautiful new vinyl floors. Definitely looking forward to their future work around the rest of our house!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! First of all the carpet didn’t even come close to matching what we ordered. Was told some unheard story that something must’ve happened with the dye from the company which I don’t feel was 💯 accurate! Should’ve been checked before it was loaded into the van prior to even coming to our home! I noticed it right away as soon as I asked to see the carpet and had I not said anything nobody would’ve even caught it! We were on a deadline due to having a baby on the way within days and needed to get our master bedroom finished as soon as possible so we accepted the carpet although it’s NOT what we wanted or close to the one we picked out!!. Second issue was with the installation, the walls were completely ruined after the carpet was installed! Not a way to handle a professional job by any means! Does your company do this to every customers home?? I was home alone when it happened due to I took the day off and my husband was at work in Boston. My husband and I had to go buy more supplies to correct the damage! Had to buy drywall mud, sanding materials, prime paint and the color paint as well to fix the damage! Totally uncalled for and was very expensive!! Totally unnecessary that my husband had to re fix everything at our own cost which never should’ve been the case! Your company didn’t even offer to fix the damages that were made, just said you’d take very little minimal off the job which didn’t even come close to what we had to put out to fix the damages to our walls! I have videos for proof of before the carpet was installed and after. This was a total nightmare!!! Every single wall was damage in the room where carpet was installed!! To be honest if this how you handle all your business with customers and installation I don’t see how you have happy customers or anyone who would want to return to have your business/product! As it is with myself loosing a day of pay at work to be here for installation, having to buy more supplies to fix your mess that NEVER should’ve even happened we are out more money than should’ve never been! Also the added time that my husband had to do to re fix everything!! Never ever again will I go back!! Such a waste of time and money for an awful experience!!

I had a great experience here! Pricing was reasonable. Jacob and John did a wonderful job on our living room and guest bedroom flooring too. Everyone I worked with was professional and respectful. I am satisfied with the work completed!

ADF FLOORING is professional from product selection to installation. During 4 different installations from small to large their staff was always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They were easy to work with and addressed every question without delay. We also found them to respond and rectify product imperfections fairly and quickly. ADF Flooring has replaced the floors in my entire house over the past few years and I could not be happier. Most recently, they put hardwood floors in my hallway and two bedrooms and they look great! Everyone, from Adam, the owner, to the installers are prompt, professional and respectful and I wouldn’t use any other company. My seven year old daughter told Brandon, the installer, that “he should be famous!”

ADF Flooring recently completed our floors in our Gorham hospital. From the first measure with Adam and Carol, to Angie in the office, to the install, the process was smooth and easy! A huge thank you to Henry, Nick and Jacob for their hard work and professionalism while installing our new vinyl tile flooring. It looks great! We look forward to getting our North Conway hospital done sometime soon!
