After shopping two big box home stores and one local flooring store, we were frustrated with a lack of service and available product. Floor Trader was our last stop of the day and it was so refreshing to work with Kay and see the great selection in the store. After Kay provided really usefull information about our choices, we found a floor we loved and picked it up two days later. We had a great experience is every way!

I would give 10 stars if I could. KAY was extremely helpful and timely with her response. She was able to fit us in for carpet install right away. The crew that came out was timely, polite, clean and gave amazing customer service. I highly recommend the floor trader for any of your flooring needs. Thanks for an awesome job guys!!!

I recently purchased carpet and install from floor trader. I had an issue after install and after not hearing back from them for over a week, i called and they told me they couldn’t help with the issue. I’ve used them in the past but will not again after this.

Customer Service! It’s so rare to experience customer service these days, however, from the time I walked into The Floor Trader, to a follow-up call after the carpet installation, I was impressed. The sales manager, James West sincerely wanted to help me find what I was looking for even though it was a pretty small job. He was patient, and very knowledgeable and took notes while measuring the rooms of details that I wanted done a certain way, which he clearly passed on to the installer. Explanation of pricing and communication throughout the process was exceptional. Daniel, the installer was wonderful too, he was concerned about pattern placement and pleasing the customer and did a very professional job. I also received a handwritten note thanking me for my business and a follow-up call to ask if I was satisfied with the job. I love to support local family businesses that appreciate their customers, and as a realtor I will recommend them to all of my clients.

The assistant manager Kay was really amazing. She helped us find exactly what we needed to finish our project. Definately will go there next time we need flooring, and absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for flooring.

We had to replace carpeting in our entire downstairs due to water damage. Devon was very helpful and patient as we went back to the store several times requesting more samples. He kept us informed about installation dates and called to check that we were satisfied with the installation. He provided great customer service. We also felt the prices at Floor Trader were reasonable.

The employee named Kay Wood is nothing short of spectacular. She goes way above and beyond to assist with needs. As with anything nothing is always perfect…..but she will strive to make it that way. I have done everything from carpet to linoleum vinyl planks and everything is quality. Thank you Kay Wood for all that you do. Floor traders are more than lucky to have you.
