They were some of the nicest people to talk to, were very thorough, and they had great customer service. But, please make sure you get other bids. Their quote was almost double my two other bids (which were from other highly experienced installers). Plus, they were the only ones who charged any money to prepare a bid. If their pricing were more in line with reality, I would have loved to work with them.

We recently contacted several hardwood refinishing businesses, and went with Beautiful Wood Floors for several reasons. They were responsive, professional, courteous, had very good reviews, and could work us into their schedule within a time frame that worked for us. They came in and refinished our oak hardwood flooring, and it looked so amazing when they were finished, we decided to install more hardwoods. We received a quote, which I felt was very fair, and they matched our existing floors perfectly. This is a family owned, family run business, and everyone was courteous, respectful, polite, professional, and did an excellent job. We are extremely happy, and highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

What an amazing job they did and refinishing our floors. From the first phone call it was very informative on process , information, and clear they had knowledge of refinishing. Every step of the process they were communicative and detailed. The sanding team Wendy, Gaby, and William did a great job with detail and took care of our home like it was theirs. They have transformed our floors and feels like a new home.

I would highly recommend this business!!! I have been in the construction business for 20 years and I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness and timeliness. William and Gabby did a great job. We had a build up of several different products used on our floors and they were able to remove the film that made our floors look dingy. They than went over with a polish and brought the luster back to our floors. They look brand new now. Thank you for your professionalism, care and time you took to achieve the look that we wanted. I would highly recommend you to my friends and associates here in Coeur d’lene.

All I can say is “WOW”! William and his daughter Gabby refinished not only my wood floors but my butcher block countertops in my kitchen as well. I can’t believe how beautiful everything looks….LIKE NEW! They were very professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced, and clearly they are both true craftsmen. Look no further! This is who you want to do your floors!
