We had kitchen counter top and backsplash replaced.we could not have had a better experience. From our first contact until everything was finished they were the best. Everyone thru the whole job was so friendly and professional. A month later we had them replace flooring with wood look tile- with the same excellent experience. Armando installed back splash and flooring. I have never seen a more caring craftsman both in workmanship and cleanliness for our home. Thanks to all at Bay Tile

The final product is very nice. A few hiccups along the way, but the owner George is very dedicated to making sure that his customers are happy with their work. Today this is a real hard quality to find in any company. Whenever you take on a home improvement project, a few things will inevitably come up. Give me an honest, reasonable person to work with and I will sign that contract every day. I am pretty much a perfectionist, and our shower / bathroom looks amazing!

We contracted again with Bay Tile to do some renovations in our kitchen. We used them about 10 years ago for a shower remodel in the main bathroom. Again, we were very pleased with the outcome of the project. It was nice to go to the showroom and see the same professionals still there. Ken was our designer. He designed cabinets exactly how we imagined we wanted them. He was with us every step of the way and kept in contact with updates and further suggestions. Each time we visited the store, we were greeted warmly by Denise who runs the showroom. Trina came out to inspect the progress of the project. She kept her promises on timeframes for completion. Each crew that came to do their part were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves when they left for the day. The crews did quality work on the drywall and carpentry of the cabinets. Fit and finish are perfect. This company stands by their products, workmanship, and their customers. I would definitely recommend them for your home improvement project, whether it is large or small.

The installers and managers at Bay Tile Kitchen and Bath were excellent. Each worker was respectful and responsive to my every request. I had floor tile installed throughout my 1836 sq ft condo and on the 300 sq ft balcony. They also installed subway tiles on my backsplash and bar. It is beautiful. They provided outstanding materials that were professionally installed. What’s more, Bay Tile provides a 3 year guarantee should any touch up be needed. Just ask for Jay, George, or Trina if you are considering remodeling and want a quote.

Jenni (I think) was great in helping me pick out tile and border. Their installers were very talented and great. Unfortunately, instead of a week, it took a month. But,it is a fine finished product.

We are super pleased not just with the outcome of our Master Bathroom remodel, but with every interaction with everyone at Bay Tile Kitchen and Bath. Bay Tiles has been doing work for us since 2004. This was the 7th contract they have done for us. The whole team, lead by Trina Russo, has been great. We will definitely use them again.
