Wow!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. The team did an incredible job and in a very reasonable amount of time! Our floors our renewed. I really couldn’t have imagined it to have been a better experience. Communicative, punctual, and truly set the bar for phenomenally finished hardwoods. I really want to give a big thank you to the owner Izral and his crew! Nothing but top notch service from beginning to end! We added wood flooring to our family room that had carpet. They seamlessly integrated new hard wood into our existing wood floor.and and gave us great colors to choose from to update from the 18 year old honey tone. Pictures are worth a thousand words!

I can’t say enough how pleased we are with our refinished hardwood floors. Izral is very knowledgeable about the products he uses and the process. He came to my home to give me a quote and spent lots of time explaining the process and the products he uses. He patiently answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact him with any others. He came back to help me choose a color and spent 2 hours sanding a large spot, taping it off and mixing several colors to help me see how they look on my floors. From start to finish, my experience with Izral and 12th and Oak was seamless and wonderful. I highly recommend 12th and Oak. You will not be disappointed!

We found hardwood floors under berber carpet and even under tile in our home. And when we renovated our kitchen we needed patching and new floors in some spaces. They matched the floors perfectly and refinished everything with beautiful new stain. Our floors are so gorgeous and we are absolutely thrilled with the results!

12th & Oak was absolutely fantastic from the initial estimate to the final handoff of cleaning products/recommended maintenance. Our floors are gorgeous – we couldn’t be happier with the work. They were very communicative each step of the way; sending pictures and updates to us as we were out of town while the work was being done. The owner says “we will take care of our floors the same way I would take care my own,” and it’s true. Highly recommend!
