The crew finished their work in just a few days. The whole process was quick, easy and budget friendly. The floors turned out great! Super happy with the quality. Danny and his guys were dependable and their work is very detailed and beautiful! They fixed up my probably 100 year old wood floors. Considerate of neighbors, gave me info, and helped me with related things that they didn’t need to do (mostly to do with furniture because I couldn’t have work done before I moved in). I’m a new homeowner so was a bit nervous working with contractors and I could have used more communication (because I’m also a planner in general), but the other reviews didn’t lie about their work and I’m very glad I went with Modern Quality!

Danny and his staff at Modern Quality Flooring have delivered quality craftsmanship multiple times while working on floors in our home. They are always quick to deliver estimates, give reliable timelines, arrive early to complete their job, and do beautiful work. They have installed wood flooring throughout entire floors in our house, patched, sanded and stained existing hardwood, and are planning to install laminate flooring in our basement next. We trust them to guide us in all future flooring endeavors.

Danny and Modern Quality Flooring were an absolute pleasure to work with, and most importantly they delivered impressive and timely results. We recently purchased a home on the NW side of Chicago and hired Danny and his team to refinish all of our wood floors upstairs. Danny is an expert in his craft and extremely professional/organized. We plan on hiring them again for our downstairs floors soon, that should tell you how impressed we were with their results.

Danny and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the hardwoods on our first floor. Right from the start Danny worked with me to figure out a schedule that would allow them to get the job done quickly while also ensuring I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of the work on a daily basis. Once they got started they worked hard to ensure they stuck to the schedule. In the end I was able to come home from vacation to newly refinished floors. To be honest, they look and feel brand new which is quite a feat bc they were extremely worn and had not been touched in 12+ years. Additionally, Danny was about 30% cheaper than another quote I had gotten. We will definitely be using Danny again when we decide to do our second floor.

My experience with Modern Quality Flooring was wonderful! I was extremely pleased with the end results!! Danny was a pleasure to work with as well as his team. Since we wanted the floors refinished after the closing on the house, but before the move in date, I was a bit worried when the closing date changed last minute. However, this wasn’t a problem at all and they rescheduled as soon as we had the new closing date! Great company, I would definitely recommend them!
