CHP Flooring did beautiful work in my new home. Most importantly, they started exactly when they promised and finished with one week to spare before my move-in date! My job had: new sand-in-place red oak in a natural, matte poly finish; refinishing several rooms of older oak floors to match the finish; several repairs, and extra work to level floors carefully before installation. Craig Sizemore with CHP coached me through numerous decisions before the final contract. The house was cleaned up daily, enough so that I could work on other projects in the house after the crew departed. I am very happy with my lovely new floors by CHP!

Amazing company! We happened to come across them from a Google search and I’m so glad we went with CHP. We had a room that we wanted finished out with wood and old oak floors that needed new life through the rest of the house. John was there every step of the way with ideas, recommendations and what to expect. These are the guys to work with. From the install to the sanding & finishing….every person was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Anytime I called the office, they were quick to pick up and no hesitation to help. Love this company. There wasn’t one thing that bothered me during the process! Good companies like this are hard to find.

These guys are AMAZING! Being new homeowners, we had an insane amount of questions. John came out multiple times to answer all of our questions and walk us through the process of ridding our carpet and putting down all new LVP and completely refinishing our stairs! We were also on a timeline to get things done before our baby was due! They were so kind to help get as much done before the baby arrived! Once the baby arrived they made sure to ask how our little one was doing! Truly great people to work with! We love our new floors! Can’t thank them enough!!

John, the owner, came to do the estimate on my hardwood repair. Professional, gracious, and friendly. His team was scheduled in a very responsive manner and did an amazing job! John definitely leads by example and his team worked with us. Exceptional service and quality workmanship!

This is the second time does CHP flooring has been to our home. They refinished old wood flooring 4 years and installed some new Oak hardwood flooring at that time. We’re currently doing renovations in our home and they came out yesterday to make some additional renovations in our kitchen. Not only were they on time, Daniel is a true beast when it comes to puzzling in wood pieces of wood. This is the only flooring company that I recommend to my clients as I’m a local realtor in the community. They are always very professional, kind and respectful. And when they were finished you would never know they were there. Not only did the flooring look amazing, they cleaned up everything. They will come back when the renovation project is complete and sand all of the floors at that time.

Their entire staff performed all phases of this project. From my first interaction with John I knew I was in good hands. Craig’s attention to detail in every phase of building my steps was unparalleled. It was a pleasure to watch Craig and Damon work seamlessly together. Matthew did the sanding and staining. Also, he spent two days sanding and remaining two days applying finish coats to the steps. It’s refreshing to know there’s still companies that pride themselves in quality of work and KEEPING their WORD. I could not recommend them more highly. What a pleasure to be their client. Our floors are beautiful….I could not be happier! From our first meeting with John, I had complete confidence in his teams ability to meet our expectations. We were more than willing to wait for his services…others could have done the job sooner…but not a single contractor came close to CHPs customer centric approach. The end product is amazing. From the initial estimate, to dealings with the office, install of the floor, sanding and finish I was completely satisfied. Alex and the install team as well as Dominique and the finish team were professional and courteous. Thank you CHP, there is no other choice! Hire them now!!

Had CHP install 650 square feet of LVP & trim. Did an excellent job.
