DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I bought carpet from this company through the Costco program.it was about 1000sq/ft and overall cost me over $5000.the install was ok, the crew which I don’t think were W2 workers like the company states they are left a huge less of dirt and carpet scraps along with loose nails when they were done and didn’t clean up. I called the lot manager Paige and she did zero about it. Fast forward 6 months and the carpet around some doorways and on the stairs started to zipper and come apart. I once again called western states flooring and they sent out someone to look at it. He looked and stated that it was due to my pets and there is zero they could do. It wasn’t due to my pets it was their horrible install job and this was later confirmed by a 3rd party inspector that was hired by the carpet manufacturer. Since they didn’t do anything about it I called Costco and then things got moving. Shaw the manufacture of the carpet sent out an inspector and they found the carpet was not installed correctly. Paige calls me and tells me and I quote “we got the report back from Shaw,and although we don’t agree with what they said, we have to help you so we will replace your carpet”. Not a way to start a conversation but ok replaceable carpet. She later tells me that they will move my big furniture items and I ask if they will box up the rest of my stuff and love it since this was not my fault they can’t install carpet correctly. After I ask this question I get a voicemail saying that they won’t be doing the install and just give me a refund because they won’t meet my needs. I don’t want a refund I want my carpet fixed and all they had to tell me was, no we won’t pack up your small stuff. Simple. But there we are now. Short story is they don’t know what they are doing. Do not use Costco for your home service or for a carpet install in the Phoenix area, and definitely do not use Western States Flooring. They will rip you off and not back up their work.

Worse service ever. They will make you wait forever. And then cancel the same day based on their benefit and not the customer. Don’t waste your time

Armando and his team were so great! Our flooring is beautiful and they left my home clean. Our whole first floor was done in just 2 days including ripping up the old flooring.

Not only did this company do an excellent job installing both LPV and carpeting in a rental, but they went above and beyond. From excellent communication, professional and timely installation to follow-through on something the mgr wasn’t quite pleased with. The vinyl installer preempted a possible issue and had it resolved before even talking to me. I will absolutely use this company again.

If you’re looking for poor craftsmanship after two attempts, work requiring double the estimated timeframe, and a worker who doesn’t know how to use a belt, look no further than Western States Flooring contracted by Home Depot in Tucson, AZ.

I had a small job to be done and ran it through Home Depot. They managed to chip the existing tile and had no remedy to fix it and we had no spare tiles to replace. Installers are unprofessional and left scrap tile in the yard. I wouldn’t let them install flooring in my cat box.

We’ve had our carpet for a little over a year now. I wanted to see how it did before I reviewed it. We purchased through Costco. While the sales guy and the install team did a good job I just don’t love this carpet. The carpet is very thin- when it was installed I had to repaint all the baseboards because the prior carpet came up higher. I’m not able to get rid of the wear patterns out of the bedrooms. I’ve had the carpet cleaned several times. Would not recommend this style of carpet.
