Great experience with Rite Rug. Matt was awesome in showing us carpet and flooring samples and explaining the difference in carpet styles. The installers were nice and friendly and were in and out in a reasonable time frame. The kitchen flooring has 2 spots that need reglued but otherwise very pleased with our experience with the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you for providing us the updated flooring for our home. We love it!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The sales department was very helpful and came out quickly to get measurements. The installers on the other hand….two Hispanic men showed up 2 hours late. I came back part way through the job to inspect the floors and noticed one area of concern but I let them continue. I came back around the time they estimated they would be done and they were packing up to leave. Mind you, the contract I SIGNED, stated that a walk through was required before the installers left. I had to ask them to come back inside. There were several areas where the gap between the floor and the wall is too large and baseboard will not cover. When I asked what could be done about this the guy shrugged his shoulders and told me to contact customer support and they would send him back out to “repair” the floor. After the two men left, I discovered urine all over my toilet and the floor around the toilet. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!! First they can’t install the floor properly and then they don’t have the decency to respect my property buy not cleaning up after themselves?!?! Tonight, 3 days after installation, a nail popped through the LVP when I stepped on it. Sarah in customer service has been great but their “manager” cannot come out to “inspect” the floors until Friday (over a week after floors were installed) and then who knows when the floor will actually be fixed. The icing on the cake is that I was told the urine issue has been a problem in the past but nothing was ever done about it!!! WTH???? This company is a joke!!!!

Our experience with RiteRug was fantastic. We were really only browsing, but Aaron listened to our needs and provided us with 3 really great options, all within our pricepoint. He was readily available to answer questions and he knows the products well, so he was also able to give advice regarding specific materials, brands, and types, all based off of the desires we mentioned. We walked out with beautiful and quality floors that we are so excited about. Thanks Aaron!!
