Pricing is at par with some of the other quotes we got but we really liked his professionalism and communication. Glad we decided to with 99 Carpets. They delivered as promised.

Lowe’s told us it would take 2 to 4 weeks just to ship the carpet to the subcontractor. 99 carpets was at our house within a week to conduct and complete the installation. We were extremely happy with how our stairs and upstairs came out.

Julio was a pleasure to work with. Before he came to the house he answered numerous questions I had via email. He came to the house and brought samples as we had discussed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had a very nice assortment with him. He was a true businessman and wanted my complete satisfaction. I had a problem making a decision and after giving a deposit changed my mind and he said he would refund my deposit. I can see why he has a 5 point rating. I would definitely recommend this company and would use 99 carpets in the future. Thank you Julio.

I contacted 99 Carpets about stair runners in my home. Julio quickly made an appointment and arrived on time. He was patient as I looked at the variety of samples he brought to my home. Julio gave me recommendations of what would work best given I have two dogs. I never felt pressured to purchase and he allowed me time to think about my options before settling on the one I chose. He also went above and beyond to find me pictures so I could see how some of the options I liked looked on previous customers steps. This helped me a lot in making a decision. Julio came out a second time before I made my final decision. Each time he came over he was punctual and easy to communicate with. I love how our stairs came out and my dogs finally feel comfortable going up and down without slipping. I would highly recommend using 99 Carpets!
