Getting ready to sell our house and needed some carpet replaced in one room and fixed in another. I reached out to Rudy with Rasa Floors and he responded immediately. He was able to make out the same day since he was already in my area. He was also able to do the work the next day. The job was done at a high level and the price was very fair. I highly recommend Rudy with Rasa Floors.

TLDR: I tried to get something lined un a month in advance and they left me scrambling to figure something else out. Now my residents think I don’t know what I’m doing and I have to get another company to help me out fast. Issues from the beginning. I first reached out about 1.5 to 2 months ago. They took down all my information and told me I would get a call back from a rep to get started. I waited for about a week and a half and no one ever called me. I called back and finally someone reached out. Caden was the rep I got in contact with. He was kind and professional. I spoke with him over a month in advance to line up a flooring repair while my resident was out of town. They sent a rep out and they took measurements etc. I kept asking for updates to make sure everything was good to go. The first job had to be cancelled because they did not have a matching carpet. I told them it was fine if it was slightly off. They said it just can’t be done. Okay, no problem. The second job was much more crucial. About a week before the window, they let me know that they lost all the information for the measurements etc. I gave them a 10 day window for the job while the resident was out of town and on the 3rd day, they said again that they lost all the measurements and that they can’t get someone out there to retake measurements, and they cancelled everything on me, despite me trying to line this up a month in advance. So I call the main line and ask for a supervisor. They said none of my information or the property information was in the system. They took down my info and said a branch manager would reach out to me. A few minutes later, Caden, the sales rep who failed me the first time called me instead of a manager. He explained that they “don’t like to work on properties under 50 units” and that they “don’t usually service this area” Why are you telling me this a month later? And I guess us little guys are just not worth your time? Here I am scrambling to find another company who will help me so that I don’t look like a fool to my residents. If you told me upfront, I would have found another company to begin with. To their credit he sent me a company that may actually be able to help. I just don’t understand. I was patient, understanding, and kind the entire time, and they just left me to deal with the issue by myself in the end. Horrible experience.

I came to know Rasa through the property management company I worked for years ago; fast forward many years later, I hired them to do the flooring in my personal residence. Impeccable work from the installers and outstanding communication from the office. Jackie personally called me (on a Saturday) to ensure everything was going seamlessly.
