They do not honor their warranty. I have been trying to schedule a fix for a crack that came out in our garage epoxy flooring for ~4 months now. They just take my phone number and that’s it. Is this poor customer service after the job is done or deceit?

We worked with Dave and his team having our garage floor done and to say they did an incredible job is an understatement! Working with them has been a pleasure from the first encounter throughout our experience! They were so efficient in getting done ahead of the timeline which is much appreciated! We could not have asked for a better experience, not to mention just wonderful, genuine, caring individuals! Jerry T. and his team did an incredible job. My wife and I damaged a part of the floor and Jerry came back and redid the entire section because he “wanted it to be perfect”. If you want your garage floor done right, Garage Experts are the only ones you want doing the job. I’d give six stars if I could.

The floor of my garage in my recently-purchased home was in a terrible state. I had multiple cracks running more than half-way across the room, every square foot was pocked with dozens of small craters, and an old, improperly applied sealant was constantly flaking off. As a hobby woodworker, I spend a lot of time in there, and it was… depressing. After some online research, I came across Garage Experts and put in a request for an estimate. I quickly got a call back, and had Dave come out to take a look two days later. With an extremely fair quote in hand, we got the project rolling. I was impressed with the team to say the least. They were professional, punctual, and happy to answer questions I had and keep me in the loop. I was particularly amazed by their attention to detail; they went above and beyond to make sure the work was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The floor is smooth, easy to clean, and just looks amazing. Best of all, I no longer feel like I’m in some cruddy, old garage, but in my very own woodworking shop, and I enjoy my hobby more because of that. I can’t recommend the team at Garage Experts enough!

Very nice people to do business with! They work fast and are respectful of your property. My garage floor has been done for a couple years now and it still looks great!
