Working with Floor Coverings Internation over the past three years has been a pleasure. When we recently moved into our residence, hardwood floors needed to be replaced, sanded, and stained: they turned out great! In addition, we needed new carpeting in several rooms. Currently, we are working with this company again and Terry has been extremely helpful. This company has met all of our expectations both in the past and currently.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Low to no pressure sales with plenty of options to choose from. Communication was exceptional throughout and installation was a breeze. Fairly priced but worth it for the care-free experience. Will be using again.

I just came home to a job done in one day and now I want my second floor done by this group too. Terry came and did the estimate and came back to walk the job before the work started. We had existing flooring that they had to blend into and let me say they were incredibly flexible compared to competitors (example, the floor I had to blend into is a Lowe’s exclusive product. They worked with me on that instead of turning down the job). Once the floor came up, they realized there would be some challenges tying into and blending the existing pattern (same project) and an underlay they wouldn’t know was there until they pulled the floor being removed that had to be matched. All I got charged for was at cost for parts above the original quote. That is more than above and beyond fair. That seldom happens and when you find a company that does something like that you have them back to your house and you hand out their card to your friends when they need a job done too. Thanks for a job well done.

Excellent workmanship! The work done required 3 full days. The crew were always on time, answering questions, and an attitude of doing above and beyond what was required. If an interior door was rubbing on the floor, they would remove door and trim to work properly. All in all, I was impressed, from the efficiency of the salespeople to the installers it was a great decision for us. Final result : a wonderful level brand new floor which looks great and gives off an air of the quality which was put into it. Thanks everyone who was involved in the process!

FCI of Carmel came through for us. We had a lot of subfloor issues which made our previous LVP flooring crack and separate. FCI took the time to make sure everything was fixed and level before laying down our new luxury vinyl planks. Despite all the unforeseen setbacks we’re very happy with our new floor!
