We went to the “Tile Outlet” to shop for stone countertops, sinks and tile backsplashes. For a small store, we found an ample selection. They were very helpful and patient as we took our time deciding what would be the best option for us. Their prices were competitive so we made an appointment for the installation. A representative came to measure kitchen and bathroom countertops. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The installation went smoothly. The installers were polite and respectful. They left no mess! When they finished, they gave a clear explanation as to how to care for our new customers, leaving us with a bottle of sealer for us to apply each year to protect the granite countertops. We are very pleased with their products and services. They stand behind their work and are quick to respond if there are any questions or problems.

After delays from a big box store, we came to Tile Outlet and found and ordered a Monte Cristo granite countertop. The store was great in every way from start to finish (installers-including clean up, the cutter-chose great pieces), and we are so in love with the Monte Cristo pattern.

Found the perfect backsplash here and at a price that no one else could touch! —————————————————————— Six months later, I called them literally 2 minutes before closing and this is what happened… The gentleman who answered the phone was more concerned about MY needs rather than him going home. He was very polite, very helpful, and VERY patient! What service! He found what I needed AND saved me a trip there too!! I was able to order two cases of New York Soho subway tile that I needed for the next day AND be able to pick them up myself at their distributor instead of having to wait another day for delivery. I’m very happy.

Wes is beyond helpful and the perfect example of customer service. Always gets back to us about detailed info, keeps us posted, and suggests alternative products per previous conversations that resulted in saving us money. Good selection in showroom, but able to acquired many more options when asked.

My husband and I had tried to work with two other granite companies in Nampa and Boise. We encountered bad customer service and mismanagement. We were about to quit looking for awhile. Very luckily for us, two friends told us about Tile Outlet in Caldwell. What a difference- great customer service, excellent selection of products and prices that are fantastic. We found a beautiful granite called ‘Hawaii’ for a great price. Wes, gave us a very detailed estimate and the demo, plus the installation, went very smoothly. Perfect seaming on the kitchen countertops and backsplashes. We will be working with Tile Outlet on our bathrooms and we have comfort knowing that we’ll be working with a great team! I had an appointment set up for a man to come out to give us a bid. At the last minute, a young lady called and canceled. She was catty on the phone, and was not helpful.
