This was the easiest decision I’ve made lately. Justin was the best to deal with he came out on time measured the floors gave us a quote right away The install was scheduled and the guys came out on time and installed the floors. They did an amazing job. To say I am happy about the whole experience would be an understatement. I am thrilled with Justin the staff and the team of installers.

Wonderful experience with having the carpeting put in our new home. The customer service with Justin & Sandy was great and they made us feel important. We look forward to working with them on our next project. Highly recommend for remodeling needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Purdy flooring and their wonderful team. They helped with the design and completely remodeled our bathrood. They did the domolition work, tile, shower, toilet, plumbing and vanities. We really liked that they could do everything and with such an attention to detail. They strived to make us happy throughout the whole process and we can be very picky. Don’t think twice and trust them to make everything PURDY AAA+++

I had a bad experience with this company back in 2016 and forgot to leave a review. My kitchen install was terrible and I’m still dealing with the effects of it. My designer was fired or quit when the install started. The cabinet layout was not what I wanted or what I was told I would be getting. I was told I was stuck with the decision regardless of the misinformation. Now I have less cabinet space than my old kitchen which was already small. The install took much long than I was told it would take with contractors not showing up and delays with the countertops. You can imagine not having a working kitchen for over a month. The largest overhead cabinet over the refrigerator fell off the wall due to only having 3 screws holding it on the wall. The plumber was a guy in an old car who had to keep running to Home Depot for parts. He also tried to jerry rig my drain pipe until I called him out on it. He also wired my new dishwasher backwards. Thankfully it didn’t get fried. I hope things are better for this company since my job. I just can’t recommend them. In hindsight I should have cancelled the install. Just couldn’t be without a kitchen any longer.

We used Justin over at Purdy to redo our flooring for a kitchen remodel. Justin and Purdy were awesome. Our contractor was impressed with the quality of workmanship by the installers. Would definitely use again.

I have utilized Purdy Flooring for years and have nothing but praise for the team there, particularly Justin Brooks. He knows what he’s doing and does a GREAT job meeting our needs and making suggestions for solutions I wouldn’t have imagined possible – and they deliver! Recommended!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Purdy on 3 jobs now. They’ve installed everything from carpet to LVP for me and refinished old beat up hard wood floors. Every job they’ve done for me has been done professionally with excellent communication throughout. My sales rep Justin made sure we understood everything, had pricing on every option we could think of, and we’re comfortable throughout the entire process each time. We will absolutely be referring them to all of our friends and family!

In January of 2022, my husband and I contacted Purdy Flooring to do our kitchen and master bath renovation, and because the work there was so outstanding, came back to have them take out the carpet and flooring in the entry and main hallway. The tile work in both the kitchen and master were fabulous. Ishmael was wonderful to work with. The reason we can’t give them 5 starts (no half stars) is due to two things. The plumber did not measure twice and cut once when it came to the install of the soaker tub in the master bath and the flooring folks, forgot to nail down almost all of the trim. We have cracked connecting strips in door ways, but these happened after a year in place.

We used Purdy in 2021 for a kitchen reno, new back splash and granite counter tops and the whole process was so easy with Purdy’s help and guidance. So we called them again early this year to do a bathroom reno, and Justin came out measured, told me what I needed, helped me pick out the tile and we got on the schedule. they came out when they said, plumber and tile guys were AWESOME! ON time and so skilled, friendly and always came out when they said. We could not be happier with both experiences and will be our first call on our next project!
