They deserve more than 5 stars! Floor Crafters did an excellent job repairing my basement floor. My cement floor had been torn up due to a sewer problem so it was a total mess. In addition there were old imperfections where the cement had been previously damaged. Graham did an amazing job removing the old finish, patching the holes and damaged sections. The entire floor was now in great condition. The painters, Justin and Jeff, finished the job to perfection and even helped reposition and connect my washer and dryer! Everyone at Floor Crafters, Katie, Graham, Justin and Jeff , were professional and great to work with during this job. Thanks to them I have a beautiful basement floor. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our experience with Floor Crafters. They installed 240 s.f. of new, red oak flooring and refinished 850 s.f. of existing red oak flooring, and the outcome was a “work of art.” It was a pleasure working with Shaun, Graham, Justin and Katie. Marco did an excellent job of installing the new flooring, and Robert and Frander produced a newly sanded, stained and top-sealed finish of the entire 1090 s.f. By the end of the project, Robert and Frander felt like family. We intend to work with Floor Crafters again if and when we find the time and money to refinish the cement flooring in our garage. Floor Crafters replaced carpet with LVT in our family room and upstairs hallway. We had existing flooring that needed matched and while not an exact match, what they chose coordinated perfectly. The installation was quick and professional. They even fixed some squeaky stairs before installing the LVT! Katie in their office was very helpful coordinating the schedule and keeping us updated when some materials were delayed. We will use Floor Crafters if we have any future flooring needs. A+++++

I think we gave Floor Crafters a difficult job: refinishing half of an oak hardwood floor. Our main level had a lot of wear in the kitchen area whereas the rest of the floor was good. They laid out what we could expect in terms of variations from the original finish and the results exceeded their predictions. We are very happy; the remedy is gorgeous and relatively pain free. They were everything you want in a company: they listened, were on time, respectful and efficient. We used them many years ago and would recommend them to others.

We’ve worked with Floor Crafters on two big projects now (bathroom remodel with new floors and shower tiling and new hardwood floors on our main floor) and have been beyond pleased with them both times. The owner is great, Graham’s awesome, Justin is an excellent project manager, and Kate is the glue! They are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They also hire great subcontractors. Between these two projects they’ve completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. Highly recommend the Floor Crafters team for home improvements.
