I am thrilled to write this review. Bay Ridge Carpet did a fabulous job. They were quick but thorough. They removed furniture and returned it exactly where it belonged. We had a great experience with Bay Ridge Carpet. The whole process from choosing the floor to actually having the floor was a breeze. We walked in, picked what we wanted, they stopped by for a quote, gave us a date. On the day, they showed up at 9 AM and they were done before 2 PM (medium size apartment). Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience shopping here at Richie’s Bay Ridge Carpet and Linoleum. For starters as soon as I walked in they were very friendly and immediately I told them what I was looking for they assisted me and even recommended some ideas. The price and quality of the Linoleum I purchased was excellent. The installers where very respectful and nice. I love my new kitchen floor. DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU WANT A EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS. THANKS

We are so pleased to have found this family-run business in our new neighborhood. We recently had Forbo Marmoleum installed — Richie & Doug assisted us through the entire project with their expertise & patience. When we encountered an unforeseen (Forbo-related materials) issue, it was quickly & effectively resolved by them both. Plus, their installers’ workmanship is to be highly commended — they worked non-stop for hours as a team — skilled, efficient, neat & courteous. Overall, an excellent experience start to finish dealing with everyone from Bay Ridge Carpet!

Excellent experience with Bay Ridge Carpeting. Great selection, friendly and courtesy service, good prices, and the installers were prompt, polite, skillful and did a great job. My apartment looks great, and the neighbors are’t complaining about noise now that the floors are fully carpeted! I’d recommend this business to everyone!

Bay Ridge Carpet were very responsive, flexible and helfpul. They removed an old carpet and installed new carpet on three very long, old and not totally straight stair runs in half a day, and left my floors clean. The cost was completely reasonable and the installation professional. Highly recommended.
