Had a great experience with Carpet One. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and Cody was helpful to show us everything in our price range. He was knowledgeable, kind, genuine and professional. Ordering and measuring was a breeze. Install was within 2 weeks and was done in a day. Loving my new plush carpet and thick pad. Thank you Carpet One!

I am very pleased with my experience with Carpet Country. Cody was very helpful showing me remnant carpet that would work in each of the 4 rooms. I also found carpet for our home up north. We will use them in the future.

Cody was very helpful with showing me carpet for my living room. He came out and measured the next day and install was only 2 weeks out. Chris and Nick installed and did a wonderful job! I have Hollywood steps in my home and I know that was a bit more work than normal stairs but they look great! I have got all my flooring from Carpet Country One for the last 30 years. I love the quality of the carpet. I highly recommend them for all your flooring.

Completed a full home carpet replacement replacing original builder mid-grade carpet with premium pad and new textured Karastan carpet. Very happy with the customer service Andy provided along with the professionalism and friendliness of the installation team who works for Carpet One quite a bit. Installation team assigned was 2-3 people depending on the day. They helped move large furniture around for a small fee which saved our family a lot of heavy lifting work. Finished the job in two days just as planned. They also use stretching equipment instead of just trying to kick the carpet tight. Would recommend them and hire them again personally.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Carpet One! Cody was extremely helpful and great to work with throughout the process. We appreciated his communication and responsiveness. As for the carpet and installation, we felt the price was competitive, the quality is nice, and the installer was skilled and efficient. We had a total of 4 rooms and a staircase replaced and have absolutely no complaints. Will be using them again for future projects and recommending them to family/friends!

These guys were super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Going through their warehouse, they gave us all kinds of ideas on what we could do and we ended up saving a bunch of money. I needed a quick turn around on the install as it was decided two weeks before that we would be hosting an event. They were able to get it scheduled and the results were great! We’ve worked with Andy Z. at Carpet Country for many years. He’s provided us with good service and products for our commercial building. Big SHOUT OUT to the fabulous crew that worked their rears off over the week between Christmas and New Years so we could reopen for business on Jan 2nd.
