I was very pleased with both the salesman Ed Doton and the efficiency and great work done by the installer. I was surprised that the work was done within 2 weeks of getting my quote which I thought was very reasonable. The old carpet was removed , primer put down and the new flooring was installed in one day.I would recommend Gallatin Valley Carpet One to any of my friends.

Gallatin Valley Carpet One has been great to work with. We have used them for flooring and were very pleased with the results and service we received. When we heard they were back in the kitchen design business, we jumped right in. We could not be happier with the end result. Marley worked with us to help select cabinets and countertops that work well with our existing flooring, and within our budget. She was extremely responsive to all our questions and requests, and helped us design a kitchen we love. Highly recommend.

Start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ed Doton at Gallatin Valley Carpet One. I needed tile, a decorative band, grout, a shower pan, other materials, and advice on how to approach a shower and bathroom rebuild on my water damage/mold remediation project. Ed came out to the house to take measurements and survey the project, researched the availability of my original tile, was patient while we borrowed samples of new tile to view under the lighting conditions at our house, and overall guided us toward the product and materials we needed. Finally, he was a great host at the showroom and worked quickly when we made our decisions. Highly recommended.

From start to finish Carpet One was a joy to work with. I’d like to commend our entire team of Ed, Zane and Matthias for their great work. Ed went out of his way to provide as much information as possible on the carpets we were considering–and without being high-pressure. He effectively communicated what the time line would be from ordering to installation and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Zane and Matthias did a fantastic job with installation, while keeping noise and disruption to a minimum. I’m highly satisfied!

We will not be doing business with this company ever again. Wood flooring started cracking and the Owner strung us along for months and kept telling us how he was going to help us take care of problem. Owner (Stuart) left us with broken flooring and no help. Don’t trust Gallatin Valley Carpet One – you will be disappointed!!!
