Very unfortunate experience. Got a quote in order to sell a home. Reached back out and they communicated they never intended to do the work since it’s the “equivalent of $5”…. We won’t be trusting this place to do any installs for us in the future.

This place has some issues with how they treat their customers. While Debbie is an amazing individual, the other staff do not treat you with dignity. I had measurements taken twice and was not able to order materials due to my travel plans. when i went to get a Quote the 3rd time,( presumable because a lot has changed in the last 6 months due to the pandemic) the gentleman who does the measurements was very demeaning in his character and almost yelled at me that he cannot do measurements for me for a 100 times. If it was me, i would be happy that a customer has chosen to come back to my business and buy from me. But looks like this place has so much work that they think it is ok to lose a customer. That is not the way a customer is treated. Even we do business and we always give respect to a customer, does not matter if they give you business or not. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity,, find another place, you will be happy.

My carpet looks amazing! The workers were very quick and friendly when installing the carpet! We are so happy. Highly recommend this place if your looking for great quality and good priced carpet!!

We had a great experience with the carpet place! Debbi was great to work with and helped us pick out carpet to match the rest of the house, and everything was done in a very timely and professional manner. The installation went amazing, they done a very professional job, beautiful work, and very respectful while in our home. All the mess was cleaned up and they thanked us for our business when they left. Will ALWAYS DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Thank you. Jimmy & Jessica Myers..

I needed product Sat morning because my installer was only available that weekend and I needed it done to move out of my apartment. They were great!! they showed me what they had in stock and let me buy and take within 30 minutes. I recommend planning better but they helped me make this instant need a reality!!! THANK YOU!!! I love what I got and it looks great!! If I needed more they were willing to call their supplier that Monday if I needed more!! ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!!

I had a fantastically efficient and effective encounter. Calling around town no one would even return my calls. Calling Carpet Place within 3 friendly minutes I had a quote and date. The technicians called 20 minutes before arrival and completed their work of stretching my carpet. Friendly on arrival work was done with zero damage or needs for touch ups. Would recommend and am grateful for the service. Thank you!

Have dealt with store for 10-15 years. Next to last time used worker had to leave site family emergency company representative never notified me nor did I know when work was finished person managing property at that time notified me when he learned floor not finished last and final floor acquisition done in September 2019 asked for price of installing floor three times received verbal price from Steve ranging from 1000. To 1200. Plus installing quarter round . I never questioned him did not feel I needed to. I received a bill for 1800. Dollars. He had APPARENTLY never included installation fee. His response was I can’t remember all the many jobs I do… do NOT use this business without comparing installation fees and flooring even if done separately and do not accept any verbal amount ..
