Colt’s staff were very professional and experienced, especially Zack. The crew did a beautiful job installing cork floors and finished within the time frame quoted. Colt ensured that the project moved forward in spite of labor shortages. We really appreciated his extra efforts to make sure it was finished on time since we had movers scheduled and guests arriving within days of completion.

We were replacing flooring due to water damage in our home. Colt’s Contracting did an excellent job, from bringing samples to our house (3 visits) to enable selection of the new flooring thru removal of the old flooring and installation of the new. We are very happy with the new vinyl plank flooring, and appreciate meeting and working with Colt and Bruce, as well as installers Kevin and Josh.

Colt’s Contracting-Highly recommended Colt and his team are true hardworking craftsman. We had them in our home for 5 days, tearing out the old floor and particle board, then installing new white oak hardwood floors. It was awesome to watch the skills these guys have and the attention to detail. I now have my dream floor from the magazines. They also came back out and installed a matching wood hearth for the gas fireplace that looks great. Thank you, Colt and crew

We LOVE our new floor from Colt’s Contracting. The installers were really top notch and Kevin is an “artist” at cutting around curved tubs, and odd items like water supplies for toilets. It looks like those items were installed AFTER the floor. Truly beautiful work. Combine all of that with Colt’s installing a week sooner than promised and a very fair price and you’ll understand why we give them an A++. Great job!!!
