Very unprofessional, I’m a subcontractor with LLC, insurance, van tools and etc. this company had work posted looking for flooring contractors. I have well over a decade of experience and never had someone who couldn’t just state the sqft pay and etc. rude over the phone and not someone I recommend working for or hiring.

I agree negative stars for this company. Like others have said, stay away from Home Depot floors because this is who they use. From the minute they arrived, they starting making excuses of why they couldn’t do it…i hadn’t moved a curio cabinet, moving furniture was not on the PO, he was afraid he wouldn’t get paid, he had a women with him who couldn’t move furniture…..and on & on. While I’m on the phone with USIG and Home Depot they took off. Now that my house is torn apart, they won’t come back for 3 weeks!. Oh, and this job was to replace the defective carpet they installed 6 weeks ago.

A complete scam! they took pictures of furniture that they didn’t move to make extra charges. they didn’t install the carpet’s pads properly. and also be sure to hide all your personal stuff because they are thieves too.

I CAN’T BELIEVE HOME DEPOT USES THIS COMPANY! TOTAL MIDDLE MAN AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER USE USIG, HOME DEPOT AGAIN. I DON’T EVEN WANT TO USE A STAR BUT HAVE TO . THE CONTRACTOR THAT DID MOST THE WORK WAS FINE. THE REST OF THE PROCESS UMMMM NO! TOTAL CLUSTER!

Horrible Service. Do not order any floors from Home Depot that require this company to come out. We spent 4000 on floors and they sent out an incompetent staff that could not install them properly. When they were asked to come back out and fix the problem they sent the carpet installer not the laminate installer. When they messed that up they sent out a guy who could not speak English. After all of that they still can not get the order right and after a month from the initial installation, they still have not completed the repairs and wanted to schedule it 2 weeks from now. Horrible service, very unprofessional, very incompetent. They also do not communicate very well with Home Depot. This is why there has been a serious miscommunication. Hideous service!!! I would not recommend to anyone and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Jeff Somers is also a non-professional. Throughout this whole process I have not heard from him one time after calling him several times and emailing.

I had two carpet jobs done… Big mistake.. They sent illegals that didn’t speak English at all to install and did a piss poor job and won’t fix their mess up. And left a pile of yeah in my yard.. Don’t trust this company at all … Their a sub for home Depot…. Please save yourself the headache…..
