The installers were fantastic! They were on time, worked diligently, were very careful not to ding or damage anything during the installation, and were very professional. The whole Carpet To Go team provided terrific customer service and we love the color, texture, and padding of our new carpet. Finally, the price was very cost effective and competitive. As an interior designer i find myself in need of quick turnaround small projects, the extra room, the staircase, the quick solutions outside of the contractor driven contacts, every time, i have instant success , reasonable and fast! The laborers have been always helpful , friendly and reliable! There is a lot of competition out there in the bigger contract world , however this is old school personal service and find myself drawn here time and time again, always resulting with satisfied clients! 5 stars for me. I’m in seattle and i drive to bellevue gladly!!! 20 years of happy results!

We could not be happier with the professionalism of Carpets To Go. We installed engineered wood flooring. The installer worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up each day. We have an older home with lots of what we lovingly call “quirks”. Their installed was able to come up with creative solutions to those. Furthermore, when we discovered damage from a old slow water leak, Carpets To Go provided a cost effective bid for the repair, which allowed the project to continue. Their installer executed the repair with quality workmanship and our beautiful floor project was completed in a timely manner.

I am writing this to express very satisfying experience with Carpet To Go. I needed to replace flooring and carpet after 30 years of owning the same house with total 4 dogs. I had 3 estimates from 3 different contractors, Carpet To Go gave me the best proposals. The sales person was very kind and knowledgeable, he actually came to my house with samples and explained pros and cons of different types of materials, it was very convenient for the customers since most other places you have to visit their showroom. Flooring installer finished installing Luxury Vinyl flooring today and I couldn’t believe my eyes it turned out to be like a new house. I am extremely happy with the work they did. I give them 10 Stars review.
