We had a great experience with Best buy flooring. We took samples from them before deciding on the flooring. Alex helped us with a lot of information. They delivered to our home. We ran short of planks during the installation work. Alex was kind enough to drop the additional ones at our home as well. The price was reasonable. We went with coretec LVP and the look and feel of planks are great!

After we placed our order, Alex went above and beyond by helping us pick up the flooring and even accepting returns for any extra material we had. Best Buy did a fabulous job renovating my kitchen counters, adding beautiful new LVP flooring throughout and adding Italian stone surround and hearth to my fireplace. They were timely, communicated well, and accommodated my schedule with last minute changes a couple times. The entire project was completed with only one extra day needed, allowing me to meet my move-in date. Thanks Alex and crew!!

Hands down a better selection and more knowledgable staff than any other flooring store in the greater Seattle area – and we went to a lot! Alex was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process, we did have some hiccups of delivery timeline due to issues with the manufacturer’s shipping but they went above and beyond to make it right. We love our new floor!

This is one of our local family owned businesses. Working with Junior and the team (family) has been one of the highlights of our kitchen remodel that is leading to a bigger floor replacement project. They are super knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer lots of questions, and have a great showroom which incudes a new kitchen and cabinet remodelling center. We have spent hours talking to them about counter tops, luxury vinyle, carpeting, hardwood lamenent vs. solid hardwood, and different installation options (floating, clicking, nail down, glue down). Super helpful and know the difference between affordability and super high-end floors. Their prices have been very fair and when we finally ordered flooring, it came in quickly and they kept us informed of the status the whole time. Great team!
