Top Notch has done three levels of flooring in my 110 year old home. So many challenges – including ROUND walls. It was done beautifully, seamlessly, and the finished product has always been A+. I wouldn’t use anyone else – which is saying something since there are very few contractors I would use a second time!!

Very disappointed. I will not use them in the future. Had problems with the installer. Manager defended him. I recently found a problem with a section of the hardwood floor that was installed. Will get another flooring company to fix it. UPDATE: More problems with flooring. Bruce Hardwood was installed a year ago by Top Notch Flooring. Now, one year later, wood is warping on the grain. Product is not good quality. I called AHF Products, manufacturer of the wood, and they will not honor the warranty. Do not waste your money on Bruce Hardwood.

The process was very simple and easy from my first meeting with Nicole to the installation. I told Nicole m budget and they made it work. After the job was done the installer went the extra mile and actually put down the Matt’s we had for our gym equipment and put the equipment on them. Extremely professional company that does great work!

A year later, the boards the installers from Bel Air Top Notch Flooring America shorted near my office door have about 1/2″ gap that is really starting to be obvious. Not too happy.

After Top Notch installed replaced the carpet on our stairs with hardwood a few years ago, they were our first call when it was time to replace the rest of our flooring. I wasn’t super clear on what I was looking for, and Nicole patiently walked me through all of our options and answered lots of questions as we arrived on our final selection. She made the whole selection process much easier and more approachable – I couldn’t have done it without her! Not to mention Jamie in the showroom – he was great and super helpful, too! As fabulous as the sales team was, Devin Whipp was our installer – and he was truly amazing. His attention to detail was masterfully skilled – every transition and trim piece was meticulously placed, and the care he took to make sure our floors would last a lifetime was wonderful. Our new floors are BEAUTIFUL. Better than I imagined.
