WOW! Can’t say enough about this place. We worked with Jodi and she was great. She listened to our wants and needs and provided many great options. After we made our selection she came over to do the measurements. Again she gave us good suggestions. Installation began sooner than expected. After every was done we absolutely love our new carpet! It actually turned our better than we ever imagined. Kudos to the installers Johnson & Johnson. Father & son team who did a great job in every way.

We had carpet installed from Rompre’s less than 5 years ago. It had a 10+ year warranty. Our carpet can be pulled up in the center of the room and strands of carpet just fall out, to the point of bald patches in our carpet. When we called Rompre’s a woman named Jody was rude and would not listen to our problems claiming that we needed to call the manufacturer of the carpet. When we called the manufacturer of the carpet they told us we needed to go through the place that installed the carpet (Rompre’s). We made numerous phone calls to them each time talking to Jody, never the actual owner of this business. Our phone calls would not be returned or we would get the “run around” from this Jody woman. Today the owner of the place we have just ordered new carpet to replace the crap that we were over charged for and was improperly installed, came in to do a measurement and was in shock that the owner nor any of the employee’s would come out to even look at what was going on. Instead they are attempting to use loop holes of a warranty. Which in further reading of our warranty are not needed for the issue that we are having with the carpet. I understand that some things go wrong and sometimes quality of a product can be an issue. But really, if you want good customer service go somewhere else.
