I used The Floor Shoppe to redo my floors, counters, and backsplash. Macy helped with the selections, coordinated the job, and came and checked on the work each time the contractors were working. The design center is extensive with choices. They have everything from you traditional, trendy, or luxurious. I highly recommend them!

My home was completed today and I could not wait to write a review. I walked into The Floor Shoppe and Macy greeted me with a smile on her face ready to help. 30 minutes later all of the decisions I had been trying to make for 2+ years had been made and were exactly my vision. From the beautiful white oak hardwood that paired perfectly with the light carpet, to the soft paint colors, and the gorgeous blue grasscloth wallpaper. She guided me and ensured every selection we made would work together seamlessly. I have fallen in love with my home again and so look forward to the memories I will make it in for years to come. Do not hesitate to visit The Floor Shoppe, they will take care of you and make sure your dream home becomes a reality with ease and professionalism.

Don’t assume like I did that they are competent enough to listen to what you ask for because the owner Hillary Dishman Shook will blame you for not catching their mistake on the invoice and telling you that you should’ve caught it. Tile was put in rooms where it shouldn’t have been and they wouldn’t correct it unless I paid for the tile. Hillary Dishman Shook told me “for the amount you spent you’d think you would’ve read the invoice and caught it.” She would not answer me when I asked her if Macy Brush ( sales person) would have wrote down correctly what we asked for would we be talking about this. All she could say was “I don’t know how to answer that.” Then after all this I get a call telling me I’d have to pay for the tile installation before they’d install the carpet. These people are something else. Tile installers were very sloppy and didn’t clean up They slung the thin set all over the walls, trim and new cabinets. The bright spot is they do have a very polite lady there. Patsy is very polite and nice to work with. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. 4/17/23 Nothing gives me more pleasure than telling someone what my experience with this establishment was. Just got done sharing my story with someone looking to come to your store. 🤣

Macy was awesome to work with through the remodeling process. She is very helpful and answered all of my questions. She helped me plan how to do my bathroom remodel which can be very overwhelming. I really appreciated Macy’s help. Herman and Saul were professional and did an awesome job with the tile and quartz. They showed up when they said they would. Thank you Floor Shoppe.

Hillary and her staff are exceptional! They are very professional and provide excellent customer service. I feel that the prices are right on target for the quality of materials. The craftsmanship of the installation was top notch as well.
