Excellent job! My living room has a number of corners that are not square and Rogelio was able to do them perfectly. So happy with our decision to go with Door to Door flooring for the reflooring of our home. We LOVE our new floors. Austin and Jesús y’all were a dream team to work with, thank you so much! I reached out to multiple flooring companies and contractors to better understand this process and my options. Door to Door stood out, in that shortly after reaching out, they planned a visit to stop by, talked about their process, took measurements, and discussed flooring options. I wanted terracota or brick tile for part of the flooring, which I’ve learned can be a not so common option with flooring companies and the partners they work with. Austin pulled what options they had readily available, was willing to let us provide our own terracotta tile if needed. But he then went further, kept looking around as he had a better idea of what we were looking for, and came back with the perfect brick tile option, and it was an automatic yes. Some people think going with a contractor is cheaper. But they haven’t found the gem of D2D Flooring. From my inquiries, D2D was competitive in their pricing, even giving multi tiered options. Most all of the material was provided (just had to provide baseboards and paint), it comes with warranties, and I trusted the quality of the install. Especially from reading reviews, which is why I’m making sure this one is detailed (; We went on a vacation while the project happened, both Austin and Jesús met up a few days before we left to deliver materials and do a walkthrough of the plans. They were adamant about making sure we were on the same page before we headed out of town. They were upfront about the timeline and the unknown of how hard the glued on floors would be to take up, turns out the previous floors were pretty stubborn. Jesús sent pictures of the progress at the end of each day, called when he needed input on decisions that came up, and picked up an extra baseboard when we were short one. I cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking to do a flooring project. Thank y’all so much!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot recommend this company. We purchased shower tile and porcelain floor tile for a home renovation project. The shower tile was so warped that the installer would not install it. We purchased shower tile from another company. The porcelain floor tile is very brittle and has pits in the middle of the tile and chips on all sides. We requested help with the floor tile on December 6, 2023 and have yet to resolve the issues. No one has visited our home to check on the problem and the only communication that has taken place has been when I send an email to remind them that we have tile issues. The shower tile we were sold was defective and the porcelain tile that was installed is defective and they have not been able to propose a solution. Poor customer service and horrible tile quality.I think they sold us seconds! They do not honor their warranty.

We had new hardwood floors installed and the crew did a great job. Everyone was very responsive from initial quote to install and answering all my questions in between. The price was very fair compared to other quotes received. I would recommend 100%.

I have used Door to Door three times. They installed every floor in our house. Tile, hardwoods and carpet. I would not use anyone else. I don’t even get any other bids. The work and the service are unparalleled. Subcontractors he has recommended have been equally good. I highly recommend Tom and Door to Door.

We recently got new carpet with Door to Door Flooring, and we love it! The carpet is super soft on our feet, and comes with a lifetime stain warranty. Tom was professional and kind throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and presenting many different options. He was very easy to work with. The cherry on top is they sent us fresh flowers after the install!
