We recently purchased laminate flooring to be installed in three rooms of our home. Even though there was an issue that developed after the flooring was installed due a manufacturer’s defect, Matt and Keith took the lead after our complaint was lodged and asked us how we would like for it to be handled. We offered two options for Flooring Pros to choose from with either being satisfactory with us, and they responded the same day and did what was right and fair. I commend Matt and Keith in steeping up to the plate and would highly recommend anyone wanting flooring to choose Flooring Pros because of their business practices and customer service.

They installed luxury vinyl flooring a couple of years ago but failed to nail the luan underpayment properly now, it’s buckled all over the place.

Stopped in to see about having laminate flooring removed, some floor repairs done and install engineered hardwood installed. They suggested I go to Kirklands and have repairs done and then come see them for new floor.

Randy installed our LVP floors today; 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. He was professional, a good communicator about our preferences, polite and did excellent work. He cleaned up as he went and was very considerate in regards to open doors with the ac on (which I would have overlooked with all that he needed to bring in to do the job) which was kind. Matt assisted us with our order selection and Keith, another installer, both were very helpful throughout the whole the process starting with the free estimate to the many questions we asked. It was our first time using this company and we would do it again. Thank you all! Glad to see quality work in Augusta.

I had my flooring installed today by Mr. Sheldin and Mr. Alex. They arrived on time and went straight to work. Very professional throughout the process. They cleaned up when they were done and made the install such an easy process. I am so thankful they were the two sent out for my install. I would definitely recommend.

Went to Flooring Pros of Augusta looking to replace our kitchen/breakfast room vinyl flooring. After talking at length to Matt and looking at suggestions, we choose LVP for the kitchen area. Went back and got an estimate to replace the upstairs carpet with LVP also and got a great price for both jobs. Could not have asked for a better flooring crew. Clean job site and courteous.. They did a beautiful job! There were several door transitions and quarter round replacements. Jordan handled the finishing work and the completed floors are beautiful! If I have any more floor work to be done, they will be my choice!

Easy to work with, great prices, and quality installation! I had LVP installed throughout my house and carpet in the owner’s suite. Flooring Pros did a beautiful job, especially with the LVP – it looks and feels like oak flooring. I already had a bed frame dragged across the LVP and standing water in the kitchen – didn’t phase it one bit! Thanks to Matt and Keith’s advice, I still have a beautiful floor after moving in and a kitchen leak! I have already referred them to my neighbor!
