Pricing here crushed the competition! I found a lot of different prices other places for the exact same tile. The owner here wasted no time trying to play games with me and gave me an extremely fair price right away. Not only was delta floors less expensive than 3 other stores I wasted time at but even spent extra time with me suggesting other options without being too pushy. They had quite a lot on display at the showroom… I am very satisfied with my service here and will continue to recommend to anyone.

Great variety of tile. They are very resourceful & try really hard to resolve issues. They’re full of recommendations and have inside design consultants. Nataly is not only experienced in technical aspects but she has an aesthetic approach to customer service. She will tell you if the floor works for your construction & if it will look good. A well rounded customer service. and price.expertise

I’m really behind in posting this but it’s still worth it! I had a wonderful experience with Delta Floor back in October! I had to replace the majority of floor in my condo due to a water leak. There is never a good time for something like that to happen, but the timing was particularly stressful due to some personal circumstances. I was very overwhelmed at the time and incredibly worried about costs as insurance only covers so much. I had followed up on a couple of personal recommendations from friends, but none of it panned out. I had a kind insurance agent who offered up Delta floor, and specifically recommended Josh. Josh and I connected, and he was incredibly patient and understanding with my needs l. He and the staff at Delta Floor helped me select a product that would be covered under my insurance. Once I was able to set up the installation with my crazy schedule, the team that came was amazing! Not only were they professional, but they also were really nice guys! At different points, they explained to me what they were doing. They were very efficient and even finished a little early – which meant I was able to return to work earlier than expected. My new floor is beautiful and I’m so happy that not only am I passed the repairs from that leak, but that I’m so happy with the end product. I highly recommend them, and would use them again for sure!

Dont shop or pick your material if you are not the one paid even you are the one who picked and placed orders. If anything issue, they prefer you to contact manufacture directly

Extremely satisfied. of all the estimates I got, it wasn’t the cheapest but how they explained step by step on paper persuaded me to go with Delta. Oscar, the rep that handled our project was very hands on from start to finish. Well worth the money when such professionals take care from start to finish without any haggle and hiccups.

Do your research very well because most of the tiles you want from them, are from a near by location already where you will pay a lot less. If you do buy from them (which you already wasted money on) contact their installers secretly because they will charge you a lot less for installation than what they want to charge you for. Found out what company they are getting the product from because you’ll pay a lot less than what they’ll charge you.

We selected Delta Floors after extensive research. We narrowed our search to two companies, and selected Delta because they also work with our insurance carrier, AAA. Every aspect of our project was handled professionally. Matt Freeman was extremely knowledgeable, gave many recommendations, and a great price. He even referred us to companies that helped us find matching tile for our kitchen back splash. Their team of Alfredo and David were meticulous at every stage. They completely covered and taped every room, and cleaned up each day during the demo and installation. Their attention to detail with the installation was impressive. They treat each task as if it were happening in their own home. We highly recommend Delta Floors.
