Thank God I found Dollar Floors. They’re the only company that had the exact hardwood floors that we had been trying to find to match the existing floors in our new home. Sales representative Kyle was very knowledgeable and came out and provided me with an official quote and scheduled the installation. Clay and his team were on time and installed the floors in one day. They were professional, respectful, and even cleaned up before leaving. Cliff called after the installation just to check in with us and to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. If you’re looking for hardwood floors from a reputable company with a professional and friendly staff and affordable prices, look no further than Dollar Floors.

I would give these guys 6 stars if it were possible. They are AWESOME and did a fantastic job on my property as well as gave me a competitive deal. TJ is the man and Clinton went above and beyond by delivering the hardwoods that I purchased from them and the carpet they installed was great quality (product and installation). I had another contractor who installed my hardwoods that I bought from them and he screwed up by using one piece that was much darker than the rest of the pieces, but Clinton came to the rescue again by sending me one of his guys to correct the problem for an affordable fee. I will DEFINITELY be using these guys again for my other properties! Update 02/28/2020: My second time using these guys! I uploaded some photos from another property they installed carpet in. Once again, Clinton and TJ gave SUPREME service. I have recommended them to my agent and will be using them on more properties. Thanks once again, guys!! Update 09/24/2020: Guess who’s back? My third time using Dollar Floors and their service keeps getting better and better with each repeat business. Had them take out old flooring (hardwoods and carpet) and install LVP and Carpet. Thank you TJ and Clinton once again for the outstanding service. Looking forward to round 4 with you guys! Update 02/23/2024: Here again to leave another update thanks to the outstanding and second to none service provided by Clinton, TJ and Dollar Floors. I had some issues with the installed flooring and even after 2 years post installation, Clinton went above and beyond to provide guidance and assistance in getting the manufacturer to come out, make assessments and correct the flooring issues. I want to thank Clinton, TJ and the entire Dollar Floors team for once again providing 5 star customer service. I look forward to doing more business with Dollar Floors for all my future projects and investments. I would always recommend them as they treat your investment with high priority. Thank you Clinton and TJ. You guys rock!

I’ve used Dollar Floors for multiple properties and have had nothing but great success working with them. When our bathroom pipes burst on Christmas Eve of 2022 the last thing I wanted to deal with was the mess especially replacing our floors. I was 1 month into a knee replacement when I was called upon to help my wife pick out a new floor. Then a buddy of mine told me about Dollar Floors. It turned out that the folks at Dollar Floors were wonderful to work with. The had lots of options to pick from. In all price ranges. A knowledgeable staff and some pricing flexibility that made State Farm happy. We found just what we wanted. In 2 weeks time we had the product in hand and the Dollar Floor crew to install it. In one day they pulled up the old floors that consisted of tile and hardwood floors and put down the new floors. They look great and we get compliments on them regularly. I highly recommend Dollar Floor.
