After getting 3 quotes to pull up our tile and replace with wood flooring, we chose S&H Flooring. Not because they were the lowest, but because they were the most detailed communicative. We worked directly with Peggy Ginsberg who was amazing! She had been recommended by our realtor, Angie Johnson from Keller Williams, and we trust anyone Angie recommends. The flooring took about 3 days to complete and the contractor on site, Martin, was an expert at his trade. He showed up on time, left only after everything had been completed for that day and stayed late. The quality and experience couldn’t have been better! We hope to use S&H Flooring again in the future for more renovations.

Walked in needing a quick replacement of floors and carpet my rental home in Allen. Peggy quickly showed me options, gave me honest advice given it was a rental and was able to expedite the installation as speed was a priority. All this at a very competitive price. The flooring and carpets came out great. Just go here and get it done. Just a follow up here: I decided to sell the home and during the open house, many potential buyers were amazed at the floors and I had an offer shortly after my 2nd open house. The buyer who was super picky did want an adjustment made to the baseboards and Peggy was extremely helpful in getting someone out to make the adjustment. Great service after the sale as well. Can’t believe more people don’t know about this place.

We had a fantastic experience working with Peggy at S&H Flooring. She worked with us to decide what type of flooring would work best in the two rooms we needed to floor. We decided to have new hardwood floors installed in those rooms and to refinish the preexisting floors in neighboring rooms. Peggy’s advise and expertise was invaluable. The whole process was transparent and efficient. If you want someone who is patient, very responsive, and cares that your needs/vision of your home is respected, take time to let Peggy assist you. Flooring is a big decision and requires going through different product samples until you find what fits you and your home. Peggy excels at working with customers in this area.
