I’d been told that putting wood flooring on a cement basement floor was a job for an expert. I loved the way my neighbor’s floors looked, so I hired her contractor, Floor Advisor. They carefully moved my furniture around the master bedroom’s freshly painted walls, and did a fantastic job installing the floor. As an add-on, they also removed the carpet from an upstairs bedroom to expose the wood floors already there. I was very pleased with the work and the price. Great job, Bob!

I have only praise for Elsa at Floor Advisor. She had design ideas for our small kitchen and allowed me to come and go to borrow floor samples to check out in our space. It was wonderful having this kind of support in choosing flooring. And they will work with our contractor for order pick up. I highly recommend Floor Advisor and especially Elsa at the Alexandria location.

Floor Advisor did some fantastic work for me installing LVP flooring and refinishing hardwood floors at a very reasonable price. They were very flexible in scheduling and working with me on the price–Elsa was great to work with. The workers were efficient and trustworthy–left the house completely unattended with them during the weeks the work was scheduled and had no issues whatsoever. Floors looked great after they were done; I have pictures of the hardwood refinishing job here, but not the LVP because I didn’t think to take pictures of it before moving all my stuff in. Overall, I’d definitely call them again for anything I need as far as flooring!

My sister recently, purchased her LVP flooring. From Floor Advisor, So I decided to visit the Alexandria showroom.I was impressed with the different options they have. Elsa, provided me with important information. She let me take some LVP samples Home, I purchased a LVP from Shaw. I’ll be recommending Floors Advisor to Friends and family. They are professional and knowledgeable. Loving my new floors.

My carpeting was installed very professionally. They carefully moved the furniture and moved it back to it’s original position afterwards. It was antique furniture requiring them to be careful. The actual carpet was installed so that it fit perfectly in all areas it was installed. I recommend using Floor Advisor to install your carpeting.

From start to finish Floor Advisor was wonderful to work with! I was hired to help a client with their material selections, however, I am not local to the Alexandria area. Upon calling, Elsa offered the best customer service and was able to help my client with all of the things that I would normally handle. Elsa was patient as we worked our way through our selections and offered wonderful direction when needed. When it came time for installation, the crew was on time and did a wonderful job! My client loves her floors and I love that for her! I would highly recommend Floor Advisors. Ask for Elsa – she will take care wonderful care of you!!
