I recently purchased carpet for my condo in Arlington through Carpet One Alexandria. I worked with Mike and he was very responsive to my questions. The day I ordered the carpet, he came to do the final measurement. The installers did a beautiful job and the carpet itself is fantastic. It is like walking on a cloud! Had a wonderful experience with the team at ALX Carpet One (we got a carpeted stair runner on our hardwood stairs/landings). From measurement to installation, Mike and his team were extremely responsive, punctual/reliable, and helpful from a design perspective (there were tons of designs/colors/textures to choose from). The finished product is better than we could have imagined and I will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and use them again in the future.

Our rep, Farid, was amazing! He took the time to answer all of our questions and provided many different options. He met us at our house and took measurements. The crew did a fantastic job! I was at work and the crew lead messaged me with photo updates of the project and called me to go over a specific area he had questions about! Fair pricing and excellent communication, installation and product knowledge!
