Very poor communication, literally no one is there to answer calls. For something as simple as setting an appointment. When they finally called us back we were told to set an asbestos flooring test, to which the company to set that appt also doesn’t answer their phones!! Ended up canceling will submit a complaint with home depot as well

I had ordered carpet from Home Depot and HOM were the installers. They were very communicative and went through all the pre-installation prep I would have to do on the phone. My install date was going to be about 3 weeks from the purchase date, but they received the carpet early and called me to let me know they had an opening the next day. The installer was supposed to arrive between 8-10am and showed up at 8:45. He was very polite and when there was an issue removing old carpet behind some drywall, he let me know before ripping it out and removed it with minimal damage to the wall. They estimated it would take a day and a half but Arturo finished in only one day by himself. Only one week from my date of purchase and I had brand new carpet and saved 2 weeks in lost rental income.

HS did our new house carpet in bedrooms. Installer was careful and meticulous throughout the process, turned out great. Office personnel were also as professional about scheduling and follow up.

Horrible experience, if you have an older home beware. They will require you to go through expensive asbestos testing just to install carpet. They make excuses not to complete the work, never answer their phone or return your messages. When all fails and you just want to do they install yourself, they will charge you $100 to bring back the carpet and still keep the pad. When you call home depot to get a refund on the pad, they charge you anther 15% restocking fee, along with several other fees. In the end your left with a roll or Carpet, no pad, a little bit of your money back and having to hire real carpet installers. My kids had fun sleeping in the living room for 3 weeks. Thanks HOM.

Absolute worst experience ever! The installer showed up not wanting to work. We have baseboard heating and they wouldn’t install carpet because an old repair used “longer” nails on 2 feet of tact board and the concrete had a hot spot. All our rooms do but they were trying to say we had radiant floor heating. We had a house inspection less than a month ago and these installers just didn’t even want to do the other 2 rooms and kept blaming Home Depot. Like they had no consequences for not doing the job there were hired for. Kari Fox acted nice but then as soon as her guys didn’t want to work on a Friday she said I had to take it up with Home Depot. Home Depot sold us the product but who they outsourced the execution to was a disaster. They literally cut up all the carpet and left the house worse than when they entered. By the way, went to Home Depot and they had no idea about the problem 5 hours later after Kari said they would call me. This installer looks like they have done this before and just don’t want to perform the job. They get to have a half day of no work on Friday and enjoy their weekend, while our house now has tacts exposed which is dangerous for our kids, carpet ripped, and absolutely no resolution!! You can buy your product from Home Depot but beware of the free installation if they outsource it to this company.

They cancelled the job and did not install my vinyl planks because the sub floor was squeaking in one spot – one spot out of the entire floor. I could not choose this company since it was through the Home Depot but I should have looked at the other reviews and I should have gone with a local contractor instead. The lady I talked to on the phone once the “installer” they sent told her he could not do the job was really good at repeating “unfortunately”, I have to give them that!

They did a good job with the carpet, but they really messed up my walls in some areas. I had my house painted in preparation for the new carpet and they scuffed up the paint in multiple areas. Also put deep scratches in the walls and broke drywall too.
