Mike and the Hansen Flooring team were great to deal with – they got started on refinishing my hardwood floors the day I closed on the house and had all the work completed the following week, exactly on the timeframe they said they would. They were helpful in answering questions – and the floors turned out great. I would definitely recommend using them.

The installer did a fabulous job installing the hardwood in a timely fashion. My “floor” looks GREAT! Problem encountered when he removed the quarter rounds and replaced them. He FAILED to fill the holes & misaligned one. It was IMMEDIATELY noticeable when I walked into the room. After a few calls, few emails to include pictures; the installer never showed up to fix the problem. Although I was told someone else would come; after 4+ weeks of a no show / no call of the original installer; I declined. My advice to an interested customer; assure to get the removable & replacement of items in your contract. — On May 28, 2024 a response to a review I completed EIGHT (8) years ago was posted. This is indicative of the delayed response I received back then. But to clarify, after communication with the office on 2/5; 2/21 & 2/29…someone finally showed up on 3/1/2016, had a conversation with my husband & it didn’t go well. Your driver arrived with an attitude, stated the dogs scratched his truck & my husband told him to leave. We reported this to the office. And we were prepared to submit proof the dogs DID NOT scratch the truck. We had cameras at multiple angles. The aggression you mentioned did not occur. It was dogs barking due to someone coming on their territory. We declined further work & had another contractor complete the repairs. BTW, who handled this matter professionally was Bobbie Day. Not sure if she is still employed with Hansen Flouring.
