I had them paint my home and would absolutely never use them again. I never received a “management walk through” as the contract stated. When I asked about this walk through so I could get the touchup work done I was then threatened. The comment i got was basically we are done pay us or else. I want to stress here that I never once mentioned or even hinted that I was not going to pay. In fact I had a check ready so I could hand it to them at the management walk through. After that I tried to go to someone else to get them to fulfill their end of the contract I was handed off to someone else. The next person scheduled a meeting with her and the painters. No one showed up to that meeting. When I called to enquire why no one was at the scheduled meeting I was ghosted. I never received the management walk through or the touchup work. Never hire this company they are unprofessional and will threaten you when you ask them to live up to their end of the contract. One star is to high of rating.

Five Star Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. The job included significant stucco repair and caulking as well as painting. The team, Alejandro and Valentina, took great care in the prep work. Their application of the paint was done carefully and professionally. They were very neat with no spills or overspray of paint. They also made sure that none of my landscape trees, bushes and plants were damaged in any way. This was very important to me. Clean up was great too. The house looks beautiful. I got a great price too and free paint! Highly recommend!

Best experience, and what a wonderful company! Chris was incredibly kind, caring, and professional, going above and beyond. It was a genuine pleasure interacting with him. Arturo and his team were very skilled, friendly, courteous, and created a beautiful atmosphere in my home through our painting transformation. I will highly recommend this company.

Our experience with 5 Star went very well from start to finish. The rear fence staining was a job I couldn’t handle any more. Chris’ on site expertise, the crew and Taylor in the office made for a very smooth process.

Five star did a great job on the exterior walls of our business. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns, estimate was given fast. Communication with everyone involved was a pleasure even though there were some special circumstances with our job, they jumped through all the hopes without fault.

Customer service was amazing in both the office (Taylor) and general contractor (Chris). As an out of state property owner he helped me pick paint color swatches — sending through lots of photos in different light. The goal was to match pre existing 20 year old exterior paint as best as possible and we got there. They even removed my tenants Christmas lights while up on ladders prepping to paint. I highly recommend and would use them again.
