RELENTLESS ATTENTION TO DETAIL! We bought a house in Thousand Oaks in August of 22 and just recently found time to address the exterior painting of our new home. Being new to the area and not having any referrals, I went online to read “painter” reviews and subsequently, follow my nose. I soon came across Courtland Painting & Color Design. The listing had a five star rating and was locally owned and operated… all good but the thing that got my attention was their offering of Color Consultation and extensive refinishing and restorative processing for all kinds of surfaces. Upon meeting Chad the owner, we immediately hit it off. He had a thorough understanding of color and appreciation for texture subtleties specific to our home. As time proved out, Courtland Painting & Color Design was absolutely the right call. Chad and his painter team were relentless in their attention to detail and excellence. The refinishing of the wood garage door, the wood entry doors, wood bay window, etc was remarkable. They looked brand new! My hopes and expectations were high upon our agreement but the finished product far exceeded that mark… I highly recommend Chad and Courtland Painting and Color Design!

Our home was beautifully painted by Courtland Painting & Color Design. The baseboard which was badly damaged by the floor installers was totally restored and it looks like new now. I do not like remodeling, but I was very lucky to find this company. Chad is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, patient, accommodating. He is a true professional and an artist at what he does. Chad Courtland and his team at Courtland painting are first class professionals who are the absolute best at what they do. What I liked best about working with Chad is how thorough and detailed oriented he is with every aspect of the painting process. Prep work is the key to a great paint job and these guys are the very best at it. Most helpful to me is how flexible and accommodating Chad is to his customer’s specific needs. Chad is very thorough on his bids, educates his customers and there is never any pressure or up-sell. Just a honest straight forward professional who’s a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Courtland Painting!

Courtland Painting provided me with professional service, quality workmanship and got the job completed on schedule. We had a complete ranch home renovation and Townhome renovation. The painting portion of our project was handled with ease. I was very happy with their quality, service, knowledge and suggestions for colors and sheens.
